Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – “Deguna blakusdobumu protokols datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumā polipu gadījumā”. Tēmas aktualitāte ir tā, ka deguna blakusdobumu polipu diagnostika ir viena no visbiežāk pieprasītajiem radioloģiskajiem izmeklējumiem ar augsta rādītāja izplatību pasaulē. Datortomogrāfijas izmeklēšanas metode, tiek uzskatīta par “zelta standartu”, jo atšķirība no vienkāršās rentgendiagnostikas, lieliski parāda etmoīdās šūnas, deguna dobuma augšējās divas trešdaļas un frontālo padziļinājumu. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot datortomogrāfijas izmeklējuma protokolu deguna blakusdobumu polipu gadījumā. Pētniecības uzdevumi: analizēt literatūru par deguna blakusdobumu normālo anatomiju un radioloģisko anatomiju, epidemioloģiju, etioloģiju, klīnisko ainu, diagnostiku, drošības pasākumiem veicot datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu, pacienta sagatavošanu un pozicionēšanu, kā arī izstrādāt protokolu deguna balkusdobumu polipu gadījumā. Izveidot analītisku pētijumu, kā arī veikt datu interpretāciju un secinājumus par protokola pielietošanu deguna blakusdobumu polipu gadījumā. Par pētniecības instrumentu tiek izmantots pētijuma protokols un pētniecības metode ir kvalitatīvs pētijums – salīdzinošā analīze. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 45 lapaspuses, 4 nodaļas un 9 apakšnodaļas, analizēti un izmantoti 29 literatūras avoti, veikti secinājumi.

The subject’s importance is dictated that the diagnosis of paranasal sinuses is one of the most requested radiological examinations with a high prevalence in the world. The computed tomography examination method is considered the "gold standard" because the difference from simple X-ray diagnostics is excellent for showing ethmoid cells, the upper two-thirds of the nasal cavity and the frontal recess. The aim of the work is to find out the protocol of computed tomography examination in the case of sinus polyps. Research tasks: to analyze the literature on normal anatomy and radiological anatomy of the paranasal sinuses, epidemiology, etiology, clinical picture, diagnostics, safety computed tomography, patient preparation and positioning, as well as to develop a protocol for nasal polyps. To create an analytical study, as well as to interpret the data and draw conclusions about the application of the protocol in the case of nasal polyps. The research protocol is used as a research tool and the research method is qualitative research - comparative analysis.
