Abstract
Farmaceiti darba procesa ietvaros ilgstoši atrodas fiziskā un garīgā noslodzē, kas var būt iemesls diskomfortam un dažādām sāpēm, īpaši muguras muskulatūrā. Apkalpojot klientus tiek intensīvi noslogota redze, pateicoties zāļu izsniegšanas procesam e-veselībā, bet kontakts ar klientiem nereti izraisa psihosociālo risku radītās veselības problēmas. Maģistra darbā ir pētīti ergonomiskie vides riska faktori farmaceitu un asistentu darbā, kā tie ietekmē to fizisko un garīgo slodzi aptiekas vidē; izstrādāti veselības veicināšanas pasākumi slodzes mazināšanai. Darbā iegūtie rezultāti pierāda, ka farmaceiti ikdienas darbā pakļauti ergonomiskiem riskiem, kas tiešā veidā ietekmē farmaceitu fizisko un garīgo slodzi un veselību.

Pharmacists have long been placed under physical and mental pressure as part of the working process, which may cause discomfort and various pain, particulary in the back muscle. When serving customers, there is a heavily increase in vision thanks to the e – health process, but contact with customers often causes health problems caused by psychosocial risks. The master’s work has studied ergonomic enviromental risk factors in the work of pharmacists and assistants, as they affect their physical and mental workload in the pharmacy enviroment, health measures to reduce workload habe been developed. The results at work demonstrate that pharmacists are exposed to ergonomic risks in their daily work, which directly affect the physical and mental workload and health.
