Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – “Vairogdziedzera scintigrāfijas izmeklējuma kvalitātes kritēriji”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka vairogdziedzera slimību pieaugums un izmeklējuma skaita palielināšanās. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kvalitātes kritērijus vairogdziedzera scintigrāfijas izmeklējumiem. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir analizēt literatūras avotus par vairogdziedzera anatomiju un tā funkcijām, kā arī par tā saslimšanām. Pētīt literatūru par vairogdziedzera scintigrāfijas metodi, tās ietekmējošajiem faktoriem un izstrādāt attēlu kvalitātes kritēriju tabulu. Izanalizēt 50 ambulatorajiem pacientiem veikto scintigrāfijas izmeklējuma attēlus, atbilstoši attēlu kvalitātes kritēriju tabulai. Veikt secinājumus par vairogdziedzera scintigrāfijas izmeklējuma attēlu kvalitātes ietekmējošajiem kritērijiem Izvirzītais pētniecības jautājums: vai ikdienas darbā tiek ievēroti attēla kvalitātes kritēriji, veicot vairogdziedzera scintigrāfijas izmeklējumus. Pētniecības instruments: darba autores izveidota attēlu kvalitātes kritēriju tabula. Pētniecības metode – kvalitatīvā metode, retrospektīvs pētījums. Darba kopējais apjoms ir 32 lappuses. Darba veikšanai izmantoti 22 literatūras un informācijas avoti. Darbs satur 2 attēlus un 8 pielikumus.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Quality criteria of thyroid scintigraphy examination". The topicality of the topic is determined by the increase in thyroid diseases and the increase in the number of examinations. The aim of the work is to find out the quality criteria for thyroid scintigraphy examinations. The tasks of the research are to analyze the literature on the anatomy of the thyroid gland and its functions, as well as on its diseases. To study the literature on thyroid scintigraphy method, its influencing factors and to develop a table of image quality criteria. To analyze the images of the scintigraphy examination performed on 50 outpatients, according to the table of image quality criteria. To draw conclusions about the criteria influencing the image quality of thyroid scintigraphy examination research question raised: whether the image quality criteria are observed in the daily work when performing thyroid scintigraphy examinations. Research tool: a table of image quality criteria created by the author of the work. Research method - qualitative method, retrospective research. The total volume of the work is 32 pages. 22 literature and information sources were used for the work. The work contains 2 figures and 8 attachments.
