Maģistra darba mērķis bija pētīt būtiskākos bioloģiskos riskus farmaceitu darbā, to ietekmi uz darbspējām un izstrādāt veselības veicināšanas pasākumus. Farmaceiti savā ikdienas darbā saskaras ar klientiem, kas varētu būt infekciju slimību avots. Bioloģiskie riski aptiekās nodarbinātiem ir nopietns darba vides risks, kas apdraud veselību. Darbiniekiem trūkst informācijas par veselības veicināšanas pasākumiem saistībā ar bioloģiskiem riskiem darbā. Darbs veidots no trim nodaļām, secinājumiem un veselības veicināšanas pasākumiem. Literatūras analīzes daļā autore analīze pētījumus par bioloģiskajiem riskiem farmaceitu darbā un veselības problēmām, ko izraisa šie riski, analizē arī citus riska faktorus farmaceitu darbā. Otrajā daļā autore apraksta pētījumā lietotās metodes. Trešajā daļā - apkopoti pētījuma rezultāti. Izstrādāti veselības veicināšanas pasākumi. Secināts, ka bioloģiskie riski neietekmē nodarbināto darbspējas, par ko liecina aprēķinātais darbspēju indekss. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 59 lappusēm, 10 tabulām, 14 attēliem un 3 pielikumiem. The aim of the master's thesis was to study the most important biological risks in the work of pharmacists in order to mean workability and develop health promotion measures. Pharmacists in their daily work deal with customers who could be a source of infectious diseases. Biological risks for pharmacy employees are serious risks to the work environment that endanger health. Employees need to be aware of health promotion opportunities with biological risks at work. The work consists of three chapters, conclusions and health promotion measures. The author analysis research on biological risks related to health and health problems, and other risk factors. In the second part, the author describes the methods used in the study. In the third part - the results of the research are summarized. Health promotion measures developed. It is concluded that biological risk does not affect the workability of employees, as evidenced by the calculated workability index. The master's thesis consists of 59 pages, 10 tables, 14 figures and 3 appendices.
