Radioloģisko metožu izvēle plaušu artērijas trombembolijas diagnostikā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā ir veikta zinātniskās literatūras analīze par tēmu “Radioloģisko metožu izvēle plaušu artērijas trombembolijas diagnostikā”. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tika aprakstīts par krūšu kurvja anatomiju, krūšu kurvja asinsvadu anatomiju, par PATE patfizioloģiju, riska faktoriem, PATE klīniskajām izpausmēm un COVID-19 izraisītu PATE. Darba mērķis: zinātniskās literatūras analīze par radioloģisko metožu izvēli PATE diagnosticēšanā, metožu salīdzināšana. Pamatojoties uz literatūras datiem, COVID - 19 situāciju pasaulē, bakalaura darba tēma “Radioloģisko metožu izvēle plaušu artēriju trombembolijas diagnostikā” ir aktuāla. Pētījuma metadoloģija: literatūras avotu apkopošana, analīze un kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode – radioloģisko metožu salīdzināšana PATE diagnostikā. Darbā izvirzītā hipotēze apstiprinājās, jo korekti izvēlēta diagnostikas metodika nodrošina PATE diagnostiku un savlaicīgu terapiju. Darba noslēgumā ir analizēti un apkopoti literatūras avoti, izstrādāta tabula ar radioloģisko metožu priekšrocībām un trūkumiem PATE diagnostikā, un izstrādāti secinājumi un ieteikumi. Darba apjoms ir 38 lpp, to veido 5 nodaļas un 12 apakšnodaļas, darbā ir izmantoti 24 literatūras avoti. Darbā ir iekļauti 17 attēli un 2 tabulas.

An analysis of the scientific literature on the topic "Selection of radiological methods in the diagnosis of pulmonary artery thromboembolism" has been performed in the bachelor's thesis. The theoretical part of the work describes the anatomy of the chest, the anatomy of the chest blood vessels, the pathophysiology of PATE, risk factors, clinical manifestations of PATE and COVID-19-induced PATE. Aim of the work: analysis of scientific literature on the choice of radiological methods in PATE diagnostics, comparison of methods. Based on the literature data, COVID - 19 situation in the world, the topic of the bachelor thesis "Choice of radiological methods in the diagnosis of pulmonary artery thromboembolism" is relevant. Research methodology: summary, analysis of literature sources and qualitative research method - comparison of radiological methods in PATE diagnostics. The hypothesis put forward in the work was confirmed, because the correctly chosen diagnostic methodology provides PATE diagnostics and timely therapy. At the end of the work, literature sources are analyzed and summarized, a table with advantages and disadvantages of radiological methods in PATE diagnostics is developed, conclusions and recommendations are developed. The volume of the work is 38 pages, it consists of 5 chapters and 12 subsections, 24 literature sources are used in the work. The work consists of 17 figures and 2 tables.
