Datortomogrāfijas protokola pielietojums pacientiem ar thoracic outlet sindromu

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēmas “Datortomogrāfijas protokola pielietojums pacientiem ar thoracic outlet sindromu” darba mērķis ir noskaidrot datortomogrāfijas protokola pielietošanas iespējas pacientiem ar thoracic outlet sindromu Latvijā. Aktualitāte saistīta ar thoracic outlet sindroma sarežģīto diagnostiku. Vairumā gadījumu par šo sindromu aizmirst, kā dēļ netiek veikta atbilstoša diagnostika, patoloģijas atklāšanai. Līdz ar to pacients nesaņem savlaicīgu ārstēšanu, bet neārstēts sindroms rada neatgriezeniskus fiziskus un psihiskus traucējumus. Thoracic outlet sindroms ir nopietna, dzīves kvalitāti kropļojoša slimība, kas sāpju sindroma dēļ pacientiem rada psihiskus traucējumus. Neārstējot šo sindromu, var rasties dziļo vēnu tromboze, kas var izraisīt plaušu artēriju trombemboliju, līdz ar to var radīt letālu iznākumu. Darba teorētiskajā daļā ir aprakstīta normālā un datortomogrāfijas anatomija anatomiskām struktūrām, kas tiek skartas thoracic outlet sindroma gadījumā, un blakus esošām struktūrām, thoracic outlet sindroma etioloģija, klīniskā aina un pielietojamās attēldiagnostikas metodes pacientiem ar šo sindromu, īpašu uzmanība tika pievērsta tieši datortomogrāfijas izmeklēšanas iespējām. Tiek aprakstīts datortomogrāfijas protokols, kas tiek rekomendēts pacientiem ar thoracic outlet sindromu. Bakalaura darba pētnieciskā daļa veikta pielietojot kvantitatīvo pētniecības metodi. Balstoties uz literatūras analīzi, teorētisko pamatojumu un aptaujā iegūtajiem rezultātiem, tika apkopota informācija par datortomogrāfijas protokola pielietojumu pacientiem ar thoracic outlet sindromu Latvijā. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 50 lpp, ko veido 4 nodaļas un 7 apakšnodaļas, izmantoti 30 literatūras avoti, 6 pielikumi un veikti secinājumi. The aim of the bachelor's thesis topic "Usage of computed tomography protocol for patients with thoracic outlet syndrome" is to find out the availability of computed tomography examination protocol for patients with thoracic outlet syndrome in Latvia. The relevance is based on the complex diagnosis of thoracic outlet syndrome. In most cases, this syndrome is forgotten and not properly diagnosed to detect this pathology. As a result, the patient does not receive timely treatment, which in this case can lead to irreversible mental disorders. Thoracic outlet syndrome is a serious disease that distorts the quality of life and causes mental disorders in patients by pain syndrome. The theoretical part of the work describes the anatomical structures affected by thoracic outlet syndrome and adjacent structures, the clinical aspect of thoracic outlet syndrome and the applied imaging methods in patients with this syndrome. Special attention is paid to the computed tomography examination options. The computed tomography protocol which is recommended for patients with thoracic outlet syndrome is described in the theoretical part of the work, as well. The research part of the bachelor's thesis was performed using quantitative research methods. Based on the analysis of the literature, theoretical substantiation and the results obtained in the survey, information of the application of computed tomography protocol in patients with thoracic outlet syndrome in Latvia was collected. The volume of the work is 50 pages, it consists of 4 chapters and 7 subsections, 30 literature sources and 6 appendices are used in the work.
