Magnētiskās rezonanses protokola pielietošana gūžu locītavu deģeneratīvo izmaiņu gadījumā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – “Magnētiskās rezonanses protokola pielietošana gūžas locītavu deģeneratīvo izmaiņu gadījumā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka gūžas locītavu deģeneratīvo izmaiņu gadījumu palielinājums. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot magnētiskās rezonanses protokolu pielietošanu gūžu locītavu deģeneratīvo izmaiņu gadījumā. Pētniecības uzdevumi – analizēt literatūru par gūžas locītavu anatomiju, magnētiskās rezonanses anatomiju, deģeneratīvām slimībām, magnētiskās rezonanses metodi, pacienta sagatavošanu, pozicionēšanu, MR izmeklējuma protokoliem, veikt pētījumu un izstrādāt secinājumus. Pētniecības instruments – literatūras avoti un Latvijas medicīnas iestāžu protokoli gūžas locītavu MR izmeklējumiem. Pētniecības metotde – kvalitatīvs pētījums. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka vairākums no literatūras avotu aprakstītām MR sekvencēm sakrīt ar Latvijas medicīnas iestāžu pielietotām sekvencēm MR protokolos gūžas locītavām. Bakalaura darba apjoms – 36 lpp., ko veido 4 nodaļas un 10 apakšnodaļas, izmantoti 29 literatūras avoti, 2 pielikumi, veikti secinājumi. Bachelor thesis – “Adaptation of the magnetic resonance protocol in the case of degnerative changes of the hip joints”. The topicality of the topic is determined by the increase in cases of degenerative changes in the hip joints. The aim of the work is to clarify the use of magnetic resonance imaging protocols in case of degenerative changes in the hip joints. Research tasks – to analyse literature on hip anatomy, magnetic resonance anatomy, degenerative diseases, magnetic resonance method, patient preparation, positioning, MRI examination protocols, to conduct research and to draw conclusions. Research tool – literature sources and protocols of Latvian medical institutions for HIP joint MRI examinations. Research method – qualitative research. The results of the study show that most of the MRI sequences described by literature sources coincide with sequences applied by Latvian medical institutions in MRI protocols for hip joints. Bachelor's thesis volume – 36 pages, consisting of 4 chapters and 10 subdivisions, 29 literature sources, 2 annexes, conclusions were drawn.
