Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – “ Kolorektāla vēža pacientu ķermeņa svara izmaiņu nozīme staru terapijā’’. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kāda nozīme ir pacienta svara izmaņām staru terapijā un kā svara izmaiņas ietekmē staru terapijas norisi kolorektālā vēža gadījumā. Darba teorētiskās daļas pirmajā nodaļā apkopota informācija par gremošanas orgānu sistēmu, resnās un tievās zarnas anatomiju par kolorektālo vēzi un tā simptomi, diagnostika un ārstēšana. Otrajā nodaļā apkopota informācija par staru terapiju, staru terapijas metodēm kolorektālā vēža pacientu poziocinēšana, sagatavošana staru terapijai. Trešajā nodaļā apkopota informācija par kolorektālā vēža pacientu ķermeņa svara izmaiņām staru terapijā. Pētniecības daļā analizēta kolorektālā vēža pacienta ķermeņa svara izmaiņu nozīme staru terapijā, veikti secinājumi. Darba kopējais apjoms ir 30.lapaspuses 3. nodaļas 3 pielikumi, 26. literatūras avoti.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "The role of body weight changes in colorectal cancer patients in radiotherapy". The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out the significance of changes in the patient's weight in radiotherapy and how weight changes affect the course of radiotherapy in colorectal cancer. The first chapter of the theoretical part of the work summarizes the information about the digestive system, the anatomy of the colon and small intestine, colorectal cancer and some of them, diagnosis and treatment. The second chapter summarizes information about radiation therapy, radiation therapy methods for colorectal cancer patients, positioning, preparation for radiation therapy. The third chapter summarizes information on body weight changes in colorectal vein patients in stellar therapy. The research part analyzes the role of colorectal cancer patient body weight changes in radiotherapy, draws conclusions. The total volume of the work is 3 pages on page 30, chapter 3, appendices, 26. literature sources.
