Abstract

Bakalaura darbs: “Gūžas locītavas datortomogrāfijas protokols un tā pielāgošana osteoartrīta gadījumā ” sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas, secinājumiem. Tēmas aktualitāte pamatota ar gūžas locītavas osteoartrīta sastopamības biežumu, it īpaši starp cilvēkiem gados. Teorētiskajā daļā apkopota un analizēta literatūra par gūžas locītavas normālo un datortomogrāfijas anatomiju, osteoartrītu un tas diagnostiku un ārstēšanu, izmeklējumu protokoliem un kvalitātes kritērijiem. Bakalaura darba pētnieciskajā daļā izvērtēti un analizēti datortomogrāfijas izmeklējuma attēlu kvalitātes kritēriji gūžas locītavas osteoartrīta gadijumā. Darba mērķis: Noskaidrot gūžas locītavas datortomogrāfijas protokolu un tā pielāgošanu osteoartrīta gadījumā. Pētījuma metode: Literatūras avotu analīze, kvalitatīva pētijuma metode. Pētījuma instruments: Pētijuma protokols.

Bachelor work: „Protocol of computed tomography of the hip joint and its adjustment in osteoarthritis " consists of introduction, theoretical practikal and conclusions. The relevance of the topic is justified by the frequency of occurrence of osteoarthritis of the hip joint, especially among people in years. The theoretical part collects and analyzes literature on normal and computed tomography anatomy of the hip joint, osteoarthritis and its diagnosis and treatment, examination protocols and quality criteria. In the research part of the bachelor work thesis quality criteria for computed tomography examination in case of osteoarthritis of the hip joint were evaluated and analyzed. Purpose: clarify the protocol of computed tomography of the hip joint and its adjustment in osteoarthritis. Research method: analysis of literary sources, qualitative research method. Research instrument: research protocol.
