| dc.description.abstract | Darba aktualitāte: Antimikrobiālā rezistence ir viens no 10 globālajiem veselības draudiem cilvēcei. Ir jānosaka mikroorganismu jutība pret antibakteriālajiem līdzekļiem, lai mazinātu rezistences izplatību. Darba mērķis: Noskaidrot pētījuma dalībnieku ādas mikrobiotas sastāvu un noteikt mikroorganismu jutību pret antibakteriālajiem līdzekļiem. Izmantotās metodes un materiāli: No ādas tika paņemti uzsējumi, laboratorijā baktērijas identificēja ar BBL™ Crystal™ sistēmu, ar DDT testu un E-testu noteica to antibakteriālo jutību. Rezultāti: Izdalītie mikroorganismi - Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, Staphylococcus epidermidis. S. maltophilia izolāti rezistenti pret ceftriaksonu, jutīgi pret ciprofloksacīnu. S.epidermidis rezistenti pret eritromicīnu, jutīgi pret vankomicīnu. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Topicality of the work: Bacterial resistance is one of the top 10 global health threats facing humanity. The susceptibility of microorganisms to antimicrobials should be determined in order to reduce resistance. Purpose of the work: Identify the composition of skin microbiota and clarify the susceptibility of microorganisms to antimicrobials. Methods and materials used in the work: Skin assays were collected, DDT test and an E-assay was performed, bacteria were identified with BBL™ Crystal™ system, the antibacterial susceptibility was determined. Results: Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, Staphylococcus epidermidis were identified. S. maltophilia is resistant to ceftriaxone, susceptible to ciprofloxacin. S.epidermidis is resistant to eritromicine, susceptible to vancomycin. | |
