Populārāko ģenērisko medikamentu aprites izvērtējums aptiekā

Abstract

Pēdējo gadu laikā ģenērisko zāļu patēriņš ir palielinājies un tas saistīts ar lētāku to cenu un zāļu kompensācijas sistēmu. Pētījums veikts divās Latvijas aptiekās, no kurām tika apkopoti dati par populārāko ģenērisko medikamentu (bisoprololum, metoprololum, atorvastatinum, ramiprilum) apriti laika posmā no 2019.gada oktobrim līdz 2020.gada septembrim, kā arī veikta anketēšana, lai noskaidrotu cilvēku viedokli par ģenērisko medikamentu lietošanu. Pētījumā tika noskaidrots, ka kopējā ģenērisko medikamentu aprite abās aptiekās ir vienlīdzīga. Otrajā pusgadā, attiecībā pret pirmo, “Bisoprolol – ratiopharm 5mg” aprite Rucavas aptiekā bijusi visizteiktākā – palielinājusies par 54%. Kopējā respondentu pieredze ar ģenēriskajiem medikamentiem bijusi neitrāla – nav ne pozitīvu, ne negatīvu aspektu. Visvairāk tie lietoti saistībā ar MK noteikumu grozījumiem.

In recent years, consumption of generic drugs has increased and is linked to a cheaper prices and drug reimbursement system. The study was carried out in two Latvian pharmacies, from which data on the circulation of the most popular generic medicines (bisoprololum, metoprololum, atorvastatinum, ramiprilum) were collected between October 2019 and September 2020, as well as a survey was done to clarify people's opinion on the use of generic drugs. The study found that the overall circulation of generic drugs in both pharmacies was equal. In the second half-year, compared to the first, the circulation of “Bisoprolol – ratiopharm 5mg” at Rucava pharmacy increased by 54%. The overall experience of respondents with generic medicines has been neutral – there are no positive or negative aspects. They are mostly used in connection with amendments to the regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers.
