Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Ergonomisko riska faktoru ietekme operāciju māsu praksē Latgales reģionā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka operāciju māsas ikdienā ir pakļautas dažādiem ergonomiskiem riskiem, kuru ilgstošā iedarbības rezultātā rodas veselības problēmas operāciju māsām un samazinās sniegtā aprūpes kvalitāte pacientiem. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādi ergonomiskie riska faktori ietekmē operāciju māsu praksi Latgales reģionā. Izvirzīts pētījuma jautājums: kādi ergonomiskie riska faktori ietekmē operāciju māsu praksi Latgales reģionā? Tika pielietota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode – intervija ar 15 jautājumiem. Darba teorētiskajā daļā ir apkopota un analizēta informācija par ergonomikas jēdzienu, ergonomisko riska faktoru ietekmi operāciju māsu praksē, ergonomikas nozīmi operāciju māsu darbā. Praktiskajā daļā interviju dati analizēti izmantojot kontentanalīzes metodi un apkopoti secinājumu formā. Pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātu analīzi secināts, ka operāciju māsu praksē Latgales reģionā ietekmē sekojošie ergonomiskie riska faktori: piespiedu neērta poza un ilgstoša stāvēšana operāciju laikā, smagumu pārvietošana (instrumentu kastes, pacienti), monotonas, atkārtotās kustības, medicīniskā aprīkojuma augstuma atbilstība operāciju māsu fiziskajiem parametriem, gaismas atstarošana no dažiem instrumentiem, kas sagādā grūtības operācijas laikā, saīsināts atpūtas laiks starp operācijām. The title of the bachelor’s thesis is “ Influence of ergonomic risk factors in the practice of operation nurses in Latgale region.” The actuality of this thesis determine different operation nurses’ ergonomic risks, which are the reason of health problems among the operating nurses and the patients care quality. The aim of work is to define the ergonomic risk factors in the operating nurses practice in the region of Latgale. The research question is - ,,What ergonomic risk factors influence the operating nurses practice in the region of Latgale? In this work is used a qualitative research method – interview consisted of fifteen questions . In the theoretical part of work has completed and analyzed the information about the concept of ergonomics, the influence of ergonomic risk factors in the operating nurses practice, the importance of ergonomics at operating nurses work. In the practical part the data is analyzed using the method of content analysis and maintained in the form of conclusions. The results of the study show that the operating nurses it the region of Latgale are influenced by the following ergonomic risk factors: the forced uncomfortable pose and prolonged standing during the operations, the weight transferring (boxes with medical instruments, patients), monotonous repetitive movements , the correspondence of the medical equipment height with the physical parameters of the operating nurses, the light reflection from some instruments what is the reason of some difficulties while operating, the reduced rest time between the operations.
