Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Operāciju māsu darba organizācija operāciju blokā”. Darba izstrādei tika izvirzīts mērķis - noskaidrot operāciju māsu darba organizāciju operāciju blokā. Pētījums ir balstīts uz operāciju māsu intervijas rezultātiem un zinātniski teorētiskās literatūras analīzi. Pētniecības teorētiskajā daļā tiek aprakstīti operāciju māsu darba apstākļi un darba vietas organizācija, operācijas māsas loma operācijas bloka darbā, darba vides riska faktori, psihoemocionālais stāvokļis darbā. Bakalaura darbā ir izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode - intervija. Intervijā piedalījās desmit operāciju māsas no dažādu Latvijas slimnīcu operāciju nodaļām. Respondenta atlases metode ir mērķtiecīga, izlase ir nevarbūtīga. Pētniecības darba praktiskājā daļā ir iekļauti intervijas pētījuma rezultāti un to analīze, intervijas kontentanalīze, secinājumi. Analizējot pētījumu var secināt, kā operāciju māsu darba organizācija operāciju blokā ir virspusēja. Darba mērķis noskaidrot operāciju māsu darba organizāciju operāciju blokā tika sasniegts. Darba teorētiskās un pētnieciskās daļas apjoms ir 56 lapas un 3 pielikumi. Pielikumā iekļauti intervijas jautājumi. Atslēgas vārdi: operāciju māsas, darba apstākļi un darba vietas organizācija.

The topic of the bachelor's work is "Organization of the work of operating nurses in the operation block". The aim of the work was to find out the work organization of the operation nurses in the operation block. The work is based on the results of an operation nurse interview and an analysis of the scientific and theoretical literature. The theoretical part of the research describes the working conditions of work nurses and the organization of the workplace, the role of the operating nurse in the work of the operating unit, work environment risk factors, psycho-emotional state at work. The bachelor's work uses a qualitative research method - an interview. Ten surgical nurses from the operating departments of various Latvian hospitals participated in the interview. The method of selecting the respondent is purposeful, the sample is unlikely. The practical part of the research work includes the results of the interview research and their analysis, content analysis of the interview, conclusions. Analyzing the study, it can be concluded how the work organization of the operation nurses in the operation block is superficial. The aim of the work, to find out the work organization of the operation nurses in the operation block, was achieved. The volume of the theoretical and research part of the work is 56 pages and 3 appendices. The appendix includes interview questions.
