Māsas un pacienta sadarbības hroniskas obstraktīvas plaušu slimības gadījumā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Māsas un pacienta sadarbības hroniski obstraktīvas plaušu slimības gadījumā”. Bakalaura darba aktualitāti nosaka, sabiedrības un īpaši pacientu ar jau esošo HOPS, nepietiekošās zināšanas par HOPS, kā rezultātā slimība netiek laicīgi diagnosticēta. Darba autore pēta un analizē, HOPS slimības ietekmi uz pacienta emocionālo un fizisko veselību, māsas sadarbību ar HOPS pacientiem, profilaksi un ārstēšanu, lai, vajadzības gadījumā, māsa varētu sniegt informatīvu atbalstu pacientiem izglītošanas nolūkā. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot māsas un pacienta sadarbību HOPS gadījumā. Pētniecības jautājums: kāda ir māsas un pacienta sadarbība HOPS gadījumā? Izmantotā pētīju metode: kvalitatīvā metode, pētījuma instruments intervija. Veicot pētījumu tika atbildēts uz pētāmo jautājumu: māsas un HOPS pacienta sadarbība ir uz komunikāciju vērsta. Attieksme, pacienta izglītošana un profesionalitāte veicina pozitīvu sadarbību.

The theme of the bachelor's thesis is "Nurse-patient cooperation in the case of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease". The topicality of the bachelor's thesis is determined by the insufficient knowledge of the society and especially of patients with pre-existing COPD, as a result of which the disease is not diagnosed in time. The author studies and analyzes the impact of COPD on the patient's emotional and physical health, the nurse's cooperation with COPD patients, prevention and treatment, so that, if necessary, the nurse can provide informative support to patients for educational purposes. The aim of the study is to find out the cooperation between the nurse and the patient in the case of COPD. Research question: What is the collaboration between a nurse and a patient in COPD? Research method used: qualitative method, research tool interview. The study answered the research question: the cooperation between the nurse and the COPD patient is focused on communication. Attitude, patient education and professionalism promote positive collaboration
