| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba tēma: Pacientu līdzestība kolorektālā vēža skrīninga īstenošanā ģimenes ārsta praksē. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot pacientu līdzestību kolorektālā vēža skrīninga īstenošanā ģimenes ārsta praksē. Darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas. Literatūras apskatā apkopota informācija par kolorektālo zarnu vēzi, kolorektālā vēža skrīninga metodēm un māsas profesionālā darbība un pacienta līdzestība kolorektālā vēža skrīninga īstenošanā. Pētniecības uzdevums ir izstrādāt anketu, apkopot un analizēt pētījumā iegūtos rezultātus, izstrādāt secinājumus. Tika izvēlēta kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode, un pētniecības instruments ir aptaujas anketa. Tika veikta 100 respondentu anketēšana vecumā no 50 līdz 74 gadiem. Iegūtie rezultāti apkopoti tabulās. Pētījumā izvirzītā hipotēze, ka pacientu līdzestība kolorektālā vēža skrīninga īstenošanā ģimenes ārsta praksē ir nepietiekama, apstiprinājusies daļēji. | dc.description.abstract | Theme of bachelor paper: Patients participation in the colorectal cancer screening in family doctors practice. Bachelor’s paper consists of theoretical and practical parts. Theoretical part of the bachelor paper reviews the information about the colorectal cancer, reasons and symptoms, about colorectal cancer screening methods and nurses’ professional role in patients’ participation in the colorectal cancer screening in family doctors practice. The research is based on the nursing theory by D. Orema. Research aim is to develop a questionnaire, summarize and analyze the results, produce conclusions. Quantitative research method was applied in order to achieve the objective of the bachelor paper; the research tool: a questionnaire for 100 respondents aged 50 to 74. Research results were summarised in tables. The research hypothesis, patients’ participation in the colorectal cancer screening in family doctors practice is part enough was proved.
