Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Jaunās māsas adaptācija slimnīcas internās aprūpes nodaļās”. Tēmas aktualitāte ir medicīnas personāla trūkums, jauno māsu pieņemšana darbā un viņu ātra adaptēšanās jaunajā darba kolektīvā. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot jaunās māsas adaptācijas ietekmējošos faktorus Slimnīcās internas aprūpes nodaļās. Bakalaura darba uzdevumi: analizēt literatūru par adaptācijas jēdzienu, būtību un tas veidiem; analizēt K. Rojas adaptācijas modeli, izveidot aptaujas anketu, veikt aptauju un apkopot rezultātus, izstrādāt secinājumus. Pētījuma hipotēze: uzsākot darbu jaunā darba vietā, pieredzes trūkums, bailes un kolēģu attieksme ietekmē jaunās māsas adaptācijas procesu. Pētījuma veids: kvantitatīva pētniecības metode, pētījuma instruments anketa. Pētījumā iegūtie dati apstiprināja bakalaura darbā izvirzīto hipotēzi. Pētījumā tika iegūta informācija par jaunās māsas adaptācijas traucējošiem un pozitīvi ietekmējošajiem faktoriem adaptācijas procesā.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "New Nurses' Adaptations in the Hospital's Internal Care Departments". The topicality of the topic is the lack of medical staff, the hiring of new nurses and their rapid adaptation to the new work team. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out the factors influencing the adaptation of the new nurse in the internal care departments of hospitals. Tasks of the bachelor's thesis: to analyze the literature on the concept, essence and types of adaptation; to analyze K. Rojas adaptation model, to create a questionnaire, to conduct a survey and to summarize the results in order to provide conclusions. Research hypothesis: starting work in a new job, lack of experience, fear and attitude of colleagues influence the process of adaptation of the new color. Type of research: quantitative research method, research tools questionnaire. The data obtained in the study confirmed the hypothesis put forward in the bachelor's thesis. The study only obtained information about the factors hindering and positively influencing the adaptation of the new nurse in the adaptation process.
