Bakalaura darba tēma “Biežākās neitropēnijas radītās aprūpes problēmas onkohematoloģiskajiem pacientiem pēc ķīmijterapijas” Pētījums realizēts ar mērķi izpētīt biežākās aprūpes problēmas pacientiem ar neitropēniju pēc ķīmijterapijas. Pētījuma jautājumi: Ar kādām biežākajām aprūpes problēmām saskaras māsa, aprūpējot onkohematoloģiskos pacientus ar neitropēniju pēc ķīmijterapijas? Kā tiek risinātas neitropēnijas izraisītās aprūpes problēmas onkohematoloģiskiem pacientiem pēc ķīmijterapijas? Pētījumā izmantota kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode -intervija.. Pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem var secināt, ka biežākās aprūpes problēmas aprūpējot onkohematoloģiskos pacientus ar neitropēniju ir mukozīts un asiņošanas. Neitropēnijas izraisītās aprūpes problēmu risinājumi ir pacientu izglītošana par mukozīta profilaksi, izolācijas un higiēnas režīma ievērošanu. Bachelor's thesis "The most common issues related to neutropenia in oncohematological patients after chemotherapy" The aim of this study was to investigate the most common issues in care for patients with neutropenia after chemotherapy. Research questions: What are the most common issues faced by nurses in caring for oncohematological patients with neutropenia after chemotherapy? How is neutropenia related patient care issues addressed in oncohematological patients after chemotherapy? The study used a qualitative research method – an interview. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the most common patient care issues in neutropenic patients after chemotherapy are mucositis and bleedings. These issues are best addressed by educating patients about mucositis prevention and by following the rules of protective isolation and proper hygiene.
