Dzīves kvalitāte pacientiem pēc aortas vārstuļa protezēšanas

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Dzīves kvalitāte pacientiem pēc aortas vārstuļa protezēšanas” Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka uzmanības pievēršana cilvēku dzīves kvalitātes pētīšanai mūsdienās. Jēdziens - dzīves kvalitāte, regulāri mainās un attīstās. Tāpat arī dzīves kvalitāte tiek mērīta aprūpes pakalpojumos, ar mērķi noskaidrot veicamos uzlabojumus. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot dzīves kvalitāti pacientiem pēc aortas vārstuļa protezēšanas. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izvirzīti darba uzdevumi: savākt, apkopot un analizēt literatūru par dzīves kvalitāti un aortas vārstuļu protezēšanu, analizēt M.E.Levainas māszinību teoriju saistība ar bakalaura darba tēmu, izstrādāt intervijas jautājumus, intervēt pacientus, apkopot un analizēt iegūtos datus, izdarīt secinājumus. Tika izvirzīts pētniecības jautājums: Kāda ir dzīves kvalitāte pacientiem pēc aortas vārstuļa protezēšanas? Pētījumā darba autore izmantoja kvalitatīvo metodi. Praktiskajā daļā tika apkopotas sešas intervijas ar respondentiem kuri pārcietuši aortas vārstuļa protezēšanas operāciju. Šī intervija deva saprast par pacientu sajūtām, viedokli par pirmsoperācijas un pēcoperācijas periodu, ko pacients spēj pats veikt, ko palīdz medicīnas personāls, lai nodrošinātu labsajūtu, ietekmē viņa dzīves kvalitāti. Galvenie secinājumi ir, ka dzīves kvalitāti katrs pacients uztver individuāli un dzīves kvalitāte ne vienmēr ir atkarīga no pašaprūpes prasmēm vai nespējas pašapkalpošanās.

The topic of the Bachelor’s thesis is “Quality of life of patients after aortic valve prosthesis”. The topicality of the topic is determined by the fact that research in quality of life is relevant nowadays. The concept of quality of life, changes and develops every year. Also, quality of life is measured in care services, with the aim of finding out the improvements to be made. The aim of the study is to determine the quality of life of patients after the aortic valve replacement with prosthesis. In order to achieve the aim of the study a number of tasks were set: to collect, compile and analyse literature on quality of life and aortic valves prosthetics, to analyse the M. E. Levine’s theory of nursing in connection with the topic of the Bachelor's thesis, to develop interview questions, conduct interviews with patients, to collect and analyse the obtained data, draw conclusions. The research question was defined: What is the quality of life of patients after aortic valve prosthesis? In the study, the author used the qualitative research method. In the practical part, six interviews with patients who underwent aortic valve prosthesis surgery were summarized. These interviews provide insights into patients' feelings, views on the preoperative and postoperative periods, what the patient is able to perform on their own, assisted by medical staff to ensure well-being, affect their quality of life. The main findings are that quality of life is perceived subjectively by each patient and the quality of life does not necessarily depend on self-care skills or inability to self-care.
