Bērnu aprūpes māsas psihoemocionālie aspekti ģimenes ārsta praksē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Bērnu aprūpes māsas psihoemocionālie aspekti ģimenes ārsta praksē”. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt biežāk sastopamos bērnu māsas aprūpes psihoemocionālos aspektus ģimenes ārsta praksē. Pētījuma uzdevumi ir sekojoši :apkopot un analizēt literatūras avotus par psihoemocionāliem aspektiem, teorētiski noskaidrot, pielietot un analizēt Betijas Ņūmenas teorijas jautājumus, izveidot intervijas jautājumus bērnu māsām, veikt intervijas ar respondentiem, analizēt iegūtos rezultātus, kā arī veikt iegūto datu analīzi un interpretāciju, izdarīt secinājumus un sniegt priekšlikumus. Pētījuma jautājums - Kādi ir biežāk sastopamie bērnu aprūpes māsas psihoemocionālie aspekti ģimenes ārsta praksē? Tika izvēlēts kvalitatīvas pētījums, un pētījuma instruments ir intervijas jautājumi. Pētījuma rezultāti apkopoti un analizēti. Darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas. Teorētiskā daļā veikta literatūras analīze par bērnu aprūpes māsas psihoemocionāliem aspektiem un māsas lomu ģimenes ārsta praksē. Pētnieciskajā daļā apkopoti intervijas jautājumi bērnu aprūpes māsām par psihoemocionāliem aspektiem un to ietekmi, apkopots kontentanalīzes tabulās. The title of the Bachelor Thesis is “Childcare Nurses Psycho-emotional Aspects While Working At A General Practitioner’s Practice. The goal of this paper is to analyse the most commonly observable psycho-emotional aspects experienced by childcare nurses while working at a General Practitioner’s practice. The objectives are to gather and analyse the literature on psycho-emotional aspects, to analyse and employ Betty Neuman’s theoretical questions, to create an interview directed towards the childcare nurses, as well as to analyse the received results and interpret them accordingly, and finally, to draw conclusions and bring forward proposals. The research question looks to find what the most commonly observable psycho-emotional aspects that childcare nurses face while working at a General Practitioner practice are. The qualitative research method is employed, and the tool of this research is an interview. The results of this research are compiled and analysed. The paper consists of the theoretical and the empirical part. Within the theoretical part, literature analysis on the topic of childcare nurse’s psycho-emotional aspects, as well as the nurse’s role within a General Practitioner practice are analysed. The empirical part consists of an interview, where questions about psycho-emotional aspects and their effect are directed towards childcare nurses, and the results, which are gathered within content analysis tables.
