Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Pacientu līdzestība aprūpes procesā neatliekamās medicīnas un pacientu uzņemšanas klīnikā”. Tēmas aktualitāti pamato neatliekamās medicīnas un pacientu uzņemšanas klīnikas dinamiskā darba vide, kurā katru diennakti nonāk aptuveni 200 pacienti. Tas nozīmē, ka māsa, kura strādā diennakts darbu vidēji aprūpē 20 pacientus savas darba dienas laikā un ir svarīgi, ka pacients spēj pats iesaistīties aprūpē un būt līdzestīgs, kā arī māsai jāspēj sadarboties ar pacientu un palīdzēt pacientam pašam iesaistīties. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot pacientu līdzestību aprūpes procesā neatliekamās medicīnas un pacientu uzņemšanas klīnikā no māsu aspekta. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir apkopot literatūru par pacientu līdzestību un aprūpes procesu, izstrādāt intervijas jautājumus un intervēt māsas, lai noskaidrotu kāda ir pacientu līdzestība neatliekamās medicīnas un pacientu uzņemšanas klīnikā no māsu aspekta, veikt iegūto rezultātu apkopošanu un analīzi, izdarīt secinājumus. Izvirzīts pētniecības jautājums: Kāda ir pacientu līdzestība aprūpes procesā neatliekamās medicīnas un pacientu uzņemšanas klīnikā no māsu aspekta? Izvēlētā pētniecības metode ir kvalitatīvā metode. Pētniecības instruments ir daļēji strukturēta intervija. Pētījuma rezultātā tika noskaidrots, ka līdzestīgs pacients no māsu aspekta iesaistās aprūpē, sadarbojas, ievēro sniegtos norādījumus, to varētu ietekmēt pacienta intelekts, informētība un informācijas uztvere, un sekmēt izglītošana un komunikācija ar pacientu.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is „Patients compliance in care process in Clinic of Emergency Medicine and Patient admission”. The aforementioned subject is topical by the dynamic work environment of the emergency medicine and patient admission clinic, which receives about 200 patients every day. It means that a nurse who works a 24 hours a day cares for an average of 20 patients during her shift, and it is important that the patient is able to take care of himself and be equal, and the nurse must be able to interact with the patient and help the patient to get involved. The aim of the paper is to determine patient compliance in care process in Clinic of Emergency Medicine and Patient admission from a nurse perspective. The research tasks are to gather literature on patient compliance and care process, to design interview questions and interview nurses to find out what is patient compliance in care process in Clinic of Emergency Medicine and Patient admission from a nurse perspective, to compile and analyze the results obtained, and to draw conclusions. The following research question was established: to what extent patients compliance in care process in Clinic of Emergency Medicine and Patient admission from a nurse perspective? Research method is qualitative. Research tool is semistructured interview. Over the course of the research it was determined that an equitable patient from the point of view of nurses is involved in care, cooperates, follows the given instructions, it could be influenced by the patient 's intelligence, awareness and perception of information and promote education and communication with the patient.
