Dzīves kvalitāte pacientiem ar hronisku sirds mazspēju

Abstract

Ar medicīnu saistītie dzīves kvalitātes pētījumi ietver tādus aspektus kā iedzīvotāju aprūpe un cilvēki ar īpašām vajadzībām. Medicīnas jomā dzīves kvalitāte nozīmē slimības tipa un ārstēšanas rezultāta kopumu. Sirds mazspēja ir progresējošs, potenciāli dzīvībai bīstams stāvoklis, kas skar vairāk nekā 60 miljonus cilvēku visā pasaulē. Cilvēkiem ar sirds mazspēju ir raksturīga dzīves kvalitātes pasliktināšanās, biežas hospitalizācijas (aptuveni 2 – 5% no visām neatliekamajām hospitalizācijām) un augsta mirstība. Sirds mazspēja ir biežākais hospitalizācijas iemesls cilvēkiem virs 65 gadiem. Tomēr– ja to laicīgi atklāj un efektīvi ārstē, cilvēks var dzīvot ar šo diagnozi daudzus gadus. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt dzīves kvalitāti ietekmējošos faktorus pacientiem ar hronisku sirds mazspēju Autore ir apkopojusi un analizējusi literatūru par dzīves kvalitāti pacientiem ar hronisku sirds mazspēju. Veikusi Collista Roy māszinības teorijas analīzi un pielietojamības izpēti saistībā ar pētījumu. Pētījuma empīriskajā daļā autore izstrādāja modificētu aptaujas anketu, veica pētījumu un analizēja pētījuma rezultātus. Būtiskākie pētījuma rezultāti: Kā pacienti ar hronisku sirds mazspēju vērtē savu dzīves kvalitāti? -Puse no aptaujātajiem respondentiem savu dzīves kvalitāti vērtē kā vidēju. Kādi faktori ietekmē pacientiem ar hronisku sirds mazspēju dzīves kvalitāti? - Tuvinieku atbalsts un līdzdalība, finansiālie resursi, motivācija, zināšanas un izpratne par hroniskas sirds mazspēju un veselības aprūpes personāla ieinteresētība un līdzdalība dzīves kvalitātes nodrošināšanā. Darba praktiskā nozīmība raksturojama ar to, ka veiktais pētījums uzlabos māsu profesionālo darbību aprūpējot pacientus ar hronisku sirds mazspēju. Medicine related studies on quality of life include such aspects as population care and people with special needs. In the field of medicine quality of life means a type of an illness and set of treatment results. Heart failure is a developing, potentially life-threatening condition, that relates to over 60 millions of people all over the world. People with heart failure conditions experience the worsening of quality of life, frequent hospitalisations (about 2 – 5 % out of all emergency hospitalisations) as well as hight death rates. Heart failure is one of the main reasons for hospitalisations in people over 65 years of age. However – people with such an illness can live long lives, if the condition is early diagnosed and effectively treated. The goal of this work is to explore the factors that affect the quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure conditions. The author has researched and analysed the literature related life quality in patients with chronic heart failure conditions. The author has also analysed the Collista Roy theory in nursing and its applicability regarding the study. In next part of the study the author has produced modified questionnaire, then conducted a research and analysed gained data. The main results of the study are: How patients with chronic heart failure condition value their the quality of life? – Half of the participants has answered that they value their quality of life as average. What kind of factors affect the quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure condition? – The support that they receive from their families, financial resources, motivation, the knowledge and comprehension about heart failure condition and the interest and participation of health care staff in ensuring quality of life. The practical significance of the work can be described as it can give significant improvements to nursing staff professional operations when caring for patients with chronic heart failure condition.
