Pacientu drošības ievērošana, māsu praksē, neatliekamās medicīniskās un pacientu uzņemšanas klīnikā

Abstract

Izvēlētā tēma bakalaura darbam ir „Pacientu drošības ievērošana, māsu praksē, neatliekamās medicīniskās un pacientu uzņemšanas klīnikā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot māsas kompetences līmeni par pacientu drošību aprūpes pakalpojumu sniegšanas laikā. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izvirzīti uzdevumi – Analizēt pieejamo pētniecisko un teorētisko literatūru par pacientu drošību un māsu kompetenci un V. Hendersones māsu teorijas modeli, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – anketu, veikt anketēšanu, analizēt pētījumā iegūtos rezultātus, izdarīt secinājumus un ieteikt priekšlikumus. Darba ietvaros tika veikts pētījums, kurā izmantota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode ar anketēšanu. Pētījumā ietvaros tika secināts, ka pastāv sakarība starp māsas kompitenci un pacientu drošības prasību ievērošanu. Darbs sastāv no 44 lapaspusēm, 18 attēliem, 7 tabulām un 2 pielikumiem. šanas, prasmes3 ANNOTATION The chosen topic for the bachelor's thesis is " Compliance of patient safety in nursing practice in emergency medical and patient admission clinic". The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out the level of nurse's competence in patient safety during the provision of care services. To achieve the goal, tasks were set - To analyze the available research and theoretical literature on patient safety and nursing competence and V. Henderson's model of nursing theory, to develop a research tool - a questionnaire, to conduct a questionnaire, analyze the research results, draw conclusions and suggest proposals. Within the framework of the work, a study was conducted, which used a quantitative research method with a questionnaire. The study concluded that there is a link between nursing competence and compliance with patient safety requirements. The work consists of 44 pages, 18 figures, 7 tables and 2 appendices.
