Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: Izdegšanas sindroms stacionāros praktizējošām operāciju māsām. Tēmas aktualitātes pamatojums: Pēdējos gados ar vien biežāk dzirdam par tādu parādību, ka izdegšanas sindroms. Mūsdienās cilvēki dzīvo strauji mainīgā pasaulē. Pieaugušā steiga noved cilvēka līdz fiziska un /vai garīga noguruma. Māsas strādā emocionālās spriedzes stāvoklī, fiziskā un psihiskā nogurumā. Arī neierasti darba apstākļi un inficēšanas risks, Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā, noved pie spēka izsīkuma. Māsas atrodas tuvu izdegšanas robežai. Darba mērķis: noskaidrot izdegšanas sindromu stacionāros praktizējošām operāciju māsām. Pētniecības uzdevumi: 1.Analizēt zinātnisko literatūru par izdegšanas sindromu. 2.Izstrādāt pētniecības instrumentu – anketu. 3.Veikt anketēšanu. 4.Apkopot veiktā pētījuma rezultātus. 5.Izdarīt secinājumus un ieteikt rekomendācijas. Hipotēze: operācijas māsās cieš no profesionālā izdegšanas sindroma. Pētniecības metode: kvantitatīvs neeksperimentāls šķērsgriezuma aprakstošais pētījums. Pētījuma instruments: aptaujas anketa. Anketa sastāv no divām daļām : pirmā daļa – vispārīgā informācija (respondentu vecums, izglītība, darba stāžs, darba slodze un darbā nelabvēlīgie vides faktori). Otrā daļa – Maslačas izdegšanas aptauja (The Maslach Burnout Inventory). Pētījuma rezultāti: Pētījuma mērķis tika sasniegts. Salīdzinot pētījuma rezultātus ar Maslačas izdegšanas aptaujas rādītājiem, tika secināts, ka operāciju māsām ir augsts emocionālais izsīkuma rādītās, depersonalizācijas rādītājs ir vidējā līmenī, ļoti tuvu augstajam rādītājam , bet personīgu sasniegumu redukcija ir zemā līmeni. Pētījuma hipotēze apstiprinājās - operāciju māsas cieš no profesionāla izdegšanas sindroma.

Bachelor's thesis topic: “Burnout syndrome in inpatient operating room nurses”. Reason for the topic: In recent years, we have heard more and more about the phenomenon of burnout syndrome. Today, people live in a rapidly changing world. Adult haste leads a person to physical and / or mental fatigue. Nurses work in a state of emotional stress, physical and mental fatigue. Unusual working conditions and the risk of infection during a Covid-19 pandemic also leads to exhaustion. The nurses are close to the burnout limit. Aim of the study: to find out the burnout syndrome in inpatient operating room nurses. Research tasks: 1.To analyze the scientific literature on burnout syndrome. 2.Develop a questionnaire for a research. 3.Perform a survey. 4.Summarize the results of the research. 5.Draw conclusions and make recommendations. Hypothesis: Nurses suffer from professional burnout syndrome. Research method: quantitative non-experimental cross-sectional descriptive study. Research tool: Questionnaire. The questionnaire consists of two parts: the first part - general information (age of the respondents, education, length of service, workload and unfavorable environmental factors at work). The second part - The Maslach Burnout Inventory. Research results: The aim of the study was achieved. Comparing the results of the study with the indicators of the Maslach burnout survey, it was concluded that surgical nurses have a high level of emotional exhaustion, the depersonalization rate is at a medium level, very close to the high rate, but the reduction of personal achievements is low. The hypothesis of the study was confirmed - surgical nurses suffer from professional burnout syndrome.
