Covid-19 noteikto ierobežojumu ietekme uz klientu pašsajūtu ilgstošās sociālās aprūpes iestādē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba autore: Kristīne Meže. Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Covid-19 noteikto ierobežojumu ietekme uz klientu pašsajūtu ilgstošās sociālās aprūpes iestādē”. Pētījuma problēmu autore saskata tajā, ka Covid-19 ierobežojumi iespaido ne tikai jaunus un veselus cilvēkus, bet arī veca gada gājuma cilvēkus, kuriem distancēšanās un izolācija ir ļoti smagi pārdzīvojumi. Pētījuma mērķis: noskaidrot Ilgstošās sociālās aprūpes iestādes klientu pašsajūtu Covid-19 ierobežojumu ietekmē. Bakalaura darba pirmajā nodaļā autore ir sniegusi teorētisku apskatu par māszinības teorijas pielietojumu geriatrijas pacientu aprūpē, raksturojusi geriatrijas pacientu aprūpes specifiku un Ilgstošās sociālās aprūpes iestādēs darbības izmaiņas Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā. Veicot empīrisko pētījumu, tika izvēlēta kvalitatīvās pētniecības metode - intervija. Pētījumā piedalījās astoņi Ilgstošās sociālās aprūpes iestādēs klienti, kas sniedza ieskatu par savu psiho emocionālo stāvokli, piedzīvojot pandēmijas noteiktos ierobežojumus un izolāciju, no sabiedrības un ģimenes locekļiem. Veiktais pētījums sniedz uzskatāmu priekšstatu par dzīvi un ar to saistītām emocijām Ilgstošās sociālās aprūpes iestādēs COVID-19 noteikto ierobežojumu laikā. Veiktā pētījuma rezultāti ir izmantojami māsu profesionālās darbības uzlabošanai, strādājot ar geriatrijas pacientiem. Respondentu izteiktie priekšlikumi un to ieviešana būtiski uzlabotu Ilgstošās sociālās aprūpes iestādēs darbības efektivitāti un klientu psiho emocionālo stāvokli. Autores izteiktie priekšlikumi ir praktiski nozīmīgi un ieviešami. Darba apjoms 36 lpp, izmantotas 11 tabulas. Darbam ir 3 pielikumi. ATSLĒGVĀRDI: Covid-19, distancēšanās, karantīna, geriatrija

The Author of the Bachelor’s Thesis is Cristina Meze. The subject of thesis: “The Impact of Covid-19 Limits on yhe self of Customers in Long-term Social Care Institutions”. The aim of thesis: to find out how long-term social care institution customers feel under the influence of Civid-19 restrictions. In the first chapter of thesis, the author has provided a theoretical overview of the use of the theory of nursing in the care of geriatric patients, descrobed the specific nature of geriatric patients’ care and the changes in performance of long-term social care facilities during the Covid-19 pandemic. In the second chapter selected a quantitative reasearch method – an interview. The study involved 8 long-term Social Care Institutions Clients who provided an insight into their psychoemotional condition through the constraints and isolation imposed by the pandemic from society and family members. The thesis carried out provides a visible picture of life and related feeling in ling-term social care institutions during the limits imposed by Covid-19. The results of thesis can be used to improve the professional performance of nurses when working with geriatric patients. The proposals made by respondents and their implementation would significantly improve the efficiency of long-term social care facilities and the psychoemotional situation of customers.
