Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – “ Pacientu ar disfāgiju aprūpe pēc pārciesta insulta” Darba mērķis - Izpētīt pacientu ar disfāgiju aprūpi pēc pārciesta insulta Pētījuma uzdevumi: apkopot un analizēt literatūru par insultu, insulta pacientu aprūpi ar disfāgiju; veikt D.Oremas pamatvajadzību teorijas analīzi saistībā ar bakalaura darba tēmu Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu - strukturēta intervija un novērošanas protokols; Izmantojot kvalitatīvo pētniecības metodi veikt intervēšanu; Apkopot un analizēt iegūtos datus; Izdarīt secinājumus. Pētījuma rezultāti: tika izpētīta pacientu ar disfāgiju aprūpe, kā arī ar to saistīti problēmjautājumi. Darba pamatā tika izmantota Dorotejas Oremas (Dorothea Orem) pamatvajadzību teorija. Bakalaura darbs var tikt izmantots kā informatīvais līdzeklis, kas varētu palīdzēt uzlabot pacientu aprūpi. Darbs sastāv no 53 lpp ar pielikumiem. Tā izstrādei tika izmantoti 51 literatūras avoti.
