Verbālās un neverbālās komunikācijas prasmju pielietojums operāciju māsu praksē

Abstract

Operācijas māsai, kā operācijas komandas dalībniekam savā profesionālā darbā ir jāizprot un jāpielieto gan verbālā, gan neverbālā komunikācija, tādēļ pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot māsu verbālo un neverbālo komunikācijas prasmju pielietojumu operācijas māsu praksē. Tika izmantota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode, izstrādāta aptaujas anketa ar 18 jautājumiem. Anketas jautājumi tika veidoti lai atbildētu uz jautājumu - kāda komunikācija verbālā vai neverbālā tiek izmantota biežāk operāciju māsas praksē. Tika aptaujāti 50 respondenti. Pētījuma hipotēze operācijas māsu praksē biežāk tiek izmantota verbālā komunikācija, bet neverbālā tiek izmantota retāk – ir apstiprinājusies. As a member of the operation team, the operation nurse must understand and apply in their professional work both verbal and never communication, and the purpose of the research that was visible, as well as the application of verbal and non-verbal communication skills in the practice of operation nurses. Using a quantitative research method, a questionnaire with 18 questions was developed. The questions in the questionnaire are only designed to answer the question - what kind of communication is verbal or never so common in the practice of an operation nurse. 50 respondents were interviewed. Verbal communications are more often used in the practice of research hypotheses in nursing practice, but they are never as uncommon - have been confirmed.
