Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: „Māsas rīcība infekcijas kontroles nodrošināšanā intensīvās terapijas nodaļā”. Neskatoties uz modernās medicīnas tehnoloģiskajiem sasniegumiem, ar veselības aprūpi saistītas infekcijas turpina izplatīties un pieder pie visaktuālākām mūsdienu problēmām, it īpaši intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Tas bieži vien ir ilgstošas, smagas, izraisa nopietnas problēmas un pat var novest pie pacienta nāves. Šīs infekcijas ir novēršamas, tāpēc jāpievērš liela uzmanība infekciju profilaktiskiem pasākumiem, jānovēro un jāizvērtē māsas rīcība un procedūru izpildes kvalitāte, no kuras ir atkarīga infekciju izplatīšanās kontrole. Bakalaura darbs ir izstrādāts ar mērķi noskaidrot māsas rīcību infekciju kontroles nodrošināšanā intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Darba uzdevumi ir savākt un apkopot informāciju par veselības aprūpē iegūtām infekcijām un infekciju kontroles pasākumiem, analīzēt B.Ņūmenas māszinību teoriju saistībā ar darba tēmu, izstrādāt novērošanas protokolu, veikt novērošanu, apkopot novērošanas rezultātus un uz iegūtajiem rezultātiem izdarīt secinājumus. Formulēts pētījuma jautājums - Kāda ir māsas rīcība infekciju kontroles nodrošināšanā intensīvās terapijas nodaļā? Pētniecības darbs tiek balstīts uz B.Ņūmenas teorijas, kas apraksta cilvēku kā vienotu sistēmu, kuru pastāvīgi ietekmē sprieguma faktori. Tas traucē cilvēka līdzsvaru jeb normālu aizsardzības veidu. Piemērojot šo teoriju, secināms, ka pievēršot uzmanību infekciju profilaktiskiem pasākumiem, īpaši jāpievērš uzmanība iekšējas un ārējas vides faktoriem, kas ietekmē cilvēka veselības stāvokli. Izmantota kvalitatīva pētniecības metode, lai noskaidrotu māsas rīcību infekciju kontroles nodrošināšanā intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Par pētījuma instrumentu tika izmantots novērošanas protokols. Novērošanai respondenti tika atlasīti pēc ērtuma metodes. Bakalaura darba izstrādes laikā, x reģionālajā slimnīcā, tika realizēts pētījums, kura laikā tika pierādīts, ka intensīvās terapijas nodaļas māsu rīcība ir nepietiekoša infekciju prevencijas un kontroles prasībām, māsam ir nepietiekams izpratnes līmenis par infekciju ierobežošanas un kontroles vadlīnijām, ir vidējā vadlīniju pielietošana profesionālajā darbībā.

The topic of bachelor’s thesis is: „Nurse's action in ensuring infection control in the intensive care unit”. Despite of the technological advances in modern medicine, healthcare-associated infections continue to spread and is the most current problem of our time, especially in the intensive care units. It is often long-lasting, severe, causes serious problems and can even lead to the patient's death. These infections are preventable, so it is important to pay attention to prevention measures, the nurse's behavior and the quality of procedures on which depends the spread of infections. The bachelor's thesis has been written with the aim to understand nurse's action in ensuring the control of infections in the intensive care unit. The research consists of the analysis of scientific literature on the topic of health care-associated infections, infection control measures, B. Newman's nursing theory analysis related to the topic of the work, observation, the obtained results generalization and analysis basing on the obtained results. Was formulated research question - What is the nurse's action in ensuring infection control in the intensive care unit? The research work is based on B. Newman's theory, which describes person as a unified system, which is constantly influenced by voltage factors. This disturbs the human balance or the normal form of protection. Applying this theory, it can be concluded that when paying attention to infection prevention measures, special attention should be paid to internal and external environmental factors that affect the state of human health. A qualitative research method was used to understand the nurse's behavior in ensuring infection control in the intensive care unit. An observation protocol was used as a research tool. Respondents were selected for observation by the convenience method. During writing the bachelor's thesis, in x regional hospital was made a research in which has been proved that the nurse's action in the intensive care unit was not compliant for infection prevention and control program. Also, the nurses of intensive care unit have an insufficient level of understanding of infection prevention and control guidelines and middle application of guidelines in professional activities.
