Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “ Pacientu pieredze veselības aprūpes procesā ”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt pacientu pieredzi ietekmējošos faktorus veselības aprūpes procesā pandēmijas laikā. Mērķa sasniegšanai autore pirmajā nodaļā analizēja normatīvos dokumentus un literatūru par veselības aprūpes sistēmu, tās pieejamību un pacientu pieredzi/apmierinātību akcentējot CIVID-19 ietekmi. Otrajā nodaļā autore raksturoja māszinības teoriju saistībā ar izvēlētās tēmas kontekstu. Trešajā nodaļā autore empīriski izpētīja iedzīvotāju pieredzi veselības aprūpes procesā un pakalpojumu pieejamību pandēmijas laikā. Darba noslēgumā tika izstrādāti secinājumi. Pētījuma sākumā izvirzītā hipotēze: COVID- 19 pandēmija negatīvi ietekmē pacientu pieredzi veselības aprūpes procesā , tika apstiprināta. Autores izstrādātais bakalaura darba pētījums ir praktiski nozīmīgs pacientu pieredzes veselības aprūpes procesā uzlabošanā un māsas profesionālās darbības pilnveidē. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 40 lpp, darbā ir iekļauti 12. attēli un izmantoti 38. literatūras avoti.

The theme of the bachelor's thesis is "Patients experience in the healthcare process". The aim of the study is to investigate the factors influencing the patient experience in the healthcare process during a pandemic. To achieve the objective, the author in the first chapter analyzed the normative documents and literature on the health care system, its accessibility and patient experience / satisfaction, emphasizing the impact of COVID-19. In the second chapter, the author described the theory of nursing due to the context of the chosen topic. In the third chapter, the author empirically studied the experience of the population in the health care process and the availability of services during the pandemic. Conclusions were obtained at the end of the work. The hypothesis of the study: the COVID-19 pandemic negatively affects the patients experience in the healthcare process, was confirmed. The research of the bachelor thesis developed by the author is practically important for the improvement of patients experience in the health care process and in the improvement of the nurses professional activity. The bachelor's thesis consists of 40 pages, 12 figures and 38. literature sources are used.
