Bakalaura darba “Personālā motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidošana modes industrijas uzņēmumos” mērķis ir izzināt veikala Massimo Dutti darbinieku motivatorus un izstrādāt pasākumus motivācijas pilnveidei. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs daļām, secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem, izmantotas literatūras un diviem pielikumiem. Pirmajā nodaļa tika pētīta un analizēta motivācijas teorija, definīcijas un motivācijas veidi, otrajā nodaļa tika izskatīta uzņēmuma struktūra un izpētīta modes industrijas statistika un trešā nodaļa tika izstrādāta aptauja un intervija un pētīta personālā motivācijas apmierinātībā un tas pilnveide. Rezultāta ir sagatavoti secinājumi par teorētiskas daļas informācijas, modes industrijas apkopojums, SVID analīzes secinājums un galvenie secinājumi no aptaujas analīzes un intervijas, ka arī priekšlikumi Massimo Dutti veikala vadītājai, uzņēmuma personālā darba specialistam un Aprangas group vadībai. The aim of the Bachelor's “Development of a Personal motivational System in Fashion Industries” is to explore the motivators of the Massimo Dutti shop and to develop measures to improve motivation. The work consists of input, three parts, conclusions, proposals, literature and two annexes. The first chapter studied and analysed the motivational theory, definitions and motivations, the second chapter examined the structure of the company and studied the statistics of the fashion industry, and the third chapter developed a survey and an interview and studied in staff motivation satisfaction and improvement. The resulting findings are drawn up on the theoretical part of the information, the compilation of the fashion industry, the conclusion of the SVID analysis and the main conclusions from the survey analysis and the interview, as well as the proposals for the manager of the Massimo Dutti shop, the management of the company's staff specialist and to the Apranga group manager. Key words: motivations, staff motivation, personnel motivation system, fashion industry. The bachelor's work consists of 71 pages, 9 tables, 35 pictures and 2 attachments.
