Rekreācijas centra "Medus veselība" izveides projekts

Abstract

Biškopība ir tradicionāla nodarbošanās ar senu vēsturi un tradīcijām ne tikai Latvijā, bet arī citviet Eiropā un visur citur pasaulē, kur vien mīt bites. Bišu produkts nav tikai plaši pazīstamais medus, bet arī ziedputekšņi, bišu maize, propoliss, bišu māšu peru pieniņš, vasks, bišu inde. Bišu produkti ir labi ne tikai bitei, bet arī cilvēkam. Paplašinoties laboratoriskiem pētījumiem, tiek atrasti arvien jauni pierādījumi bišu produktu lietošanai veselības veicināšanā un uzturēšanā. Ārstēšana ar bišu produktiem ir apiterapija un tās pamatā ir bišu stropa produktu izmantošana dažādu slimību profilaksē un ārstēšanā, kā arī cilvēka ķermeņa imūnsistēmas uzlabošanai. Darbā autore sniedz aprakstu par bišu produktiem, to sastāvu un pielietošanu. Ir jāveicina bišu produktu unikālo īpašību popularizēšanu un jārada iespējas pareizi prakstiski izmēģināt bišu produktus, pievēršot uzmanību to ietekmei. Tas veicinātu bišu produktu lietošanu veselīgam dzīves veidam un veselības veicināšanai. Maģistra darbā piedāvāti trīs iespējamie risinājumi, kas varētu atrisināt problēmu par nepietiekošu bišu produktu lietošanu veselīgam dzīves veidam un veselības veicināšanai. No trim izvirzītajām alternatīvām, kā labākā atzīta – rekreācijas centra “Medus veselība” izstrādes projekts, bišu produktu degustācijas vietas izveidi un produktu aprakstu izstrādi, bišu produktu procedūras telpas izveidi, ārsta – profesionāla kabineta izveidi, bišu dravas pielāgošanu ekskursijām un labiekārtotas apkārtējās vietas izveidi. Šim projеktаm dаrbа gаitā izstrādātа projekta rokаsgrāmаtа, iеkļаujot un dеtаlizēti аprаkstot visаs projеktа fāzеs. Mаģistrа dаrbā ir 101 lpp. un 36 piеlikumi.

Beekeeping is a traditional occupation with a long history and traditions not only in Latvia, but also elsewhere in Europe and everywhere else in the world, wherever bees live. The bee product is not only the well-known honey, but also pollen, bee bread, propolis, royal jelly, wax, bee venom. Bee products are good not only for bees, but also for humans. As laboratory research expands, more and more evidence is being found for the use of bee products to promote and maintain health. Treatment with bee products is an apitherapy and is based on the use of beehive products in the prevention and treatment of various diseases, as well as to improve the immune system of the human body. The author provides a description of bee products, their composition and application. It is necessary to promote the unique properties of bee products and to create opportunities for proper practical testing of bee products, focusing on their effects. This would encourage the use of bee products for a healthy lifestyle and health promotion. The master's thesis offers three possible solutions that could solve the problem of insufficient use of bee products for a healthy lifestyle and health promotion. Of the three proposed alternatives, the development project of the recreation center “Honey Health”, the creation of a bee product tasting place and product descriptions, the creation of a bee product procedure room, the creation of a professional doctor's office, the adaptation of a beehive for excursions and the creation of a landscaped area. For these projects, a project manual has been developed in the course of the work, including and detailing all phases of the project. There are 101 pages in the master's thesis and 36 proposals.
