SIA “Circle K Latvia” darbību ietekmējošo faktoru un attīstības iespēju novērtējums

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: SIA "Circle K Latvia" darbību ietekmējošo faktoru un attīstības iespēju novērtējums. Bakalaura darba mērķis – Izpētot uzņēmumu darbības novērtēšanas teorētiskās metodes un faktisko SIA "Circle K Latvia" finanšu situāciju, identificēt būtiskākos tā ietekmējošos faktorus, veikt aprēķinus, pielietojot finanšu analīzi, un novērtēt attīstības iespējas. Bakalaura darbā tiek analizēti finanšu rādītāji no bilances, peļņas vai zaudējuma aprēķina, naudas plūsmas un šo rādītāju izmaiņas. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs daļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Bakalaura darba nobeigumā ir apkopoti secinājumi un izdarīti priekšlikumi analizējamā uzņēmuma vadībai, lai uzlabotu finanšu rādītājus un kopējo uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības efektivitāti.

The title of the bachelor’s thesis is Assessment of factors affecting the operations of Circle K Latvia and the possibilities of development. The objective of the bachelor’s thesis was exploring the theoretical methods of business performance evaluation and the actual financial situation of Circle K Latvia, to identify the most significant factors influencing it, to perform calculations using financial analysis, and to assess the possibility of development. In the research are analysed financial ratios from the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow and changes in these ratios. The bachelor’s thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions and suggestions. At the end of bachelor’s thesis are conclusions, proposals and recommendations are made for management of the analysed company in order to improve financial indicators and overall efficiency of the company's economic activity.
