Abstract

Maģistra darba Projekts “Pārtikas mazumtirdzniecības veikala būvniecība Skultes pagastā” mērķis ir nodrošināt Skultes ciema iedzīvotājus ar iespēju iepirkties vietējā pārtikas veikalā. Problēmas apzināšanai tiek veikts pētījums par Skultes ciema un tuvākās apkātnes iedzīvotāju vēlmes pēc vietējā pārtikas veikala un viņu vēlmes attiecībā uz veikala piedāvājumu, un konceptu. Pēc pētījuma veikšanas tiek noteikta konkrēta problēma – Skultes ciema iedzīvotājiem nav nodrošināta iespēja iegādāties pārtikas preces vietējā pārtikas veikalā. Darbā šīs problēmas risināšanai tiek izstrādātas vairākas alternatīvas, no kurām rentablākā tiek virzīta projekta rokasgrāmatas izstrādei. Darba rezultātā ir izstrādāts projekts, kas paredz jauna pārtikas veikala būvniecību Skultes pagastā. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 102 lapām, 29 attēliem, 35 tabulām, 30 pielikumiem. The aim of the Master's Thesis Project “Construction of a food retail store in Skulte parish” is to provide the residents of Skulte village with the opportunity to shop in a local grocery store. To identify the problem, a study is being carried out on the wishes of the residents of Skulte village and the surrounding area for the local grocery store and their wishes regarding the store's offer and concept. After the research, a specific problem is identified - the residents of Skulte village are not provided with the opportunity to buy groceries in the local grocery store. In the work, several alternatives are developed to solve this problem, the most cost-effective of which is directed to the development of a project manual. As a result of the work, a project has been developed, which envisages the construction of a new grocery store in Skulte parish. The master's thesis consists of 102 pages, 28 figures, 35 tables, 30 appendices. Keywords: project, project management, shop, Skulte.
