SIA „Inovatīvo biomedicīnas tehnoloģiju institūts” reorganizācijas procesa projekts

Abstract

Maģistra darba temats ir “Sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību „Inovatīvo biomedicīnas tehnoloģiju institūts” reorganizācijas procesa projekts”. Tirdzniecības virzienā izdalīšana atsevišķā struktūrvienībā, tā attīstības nolūkā, veido tēmas aktualitāti. Šī darba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz teorētisko analīzi, LR normatīvo aktu izpēti, uzņēmuma darbības veidu analīzi un finanšu pārskata analīzi izstrādāt procesa projektu uzņēmuma reorganizācijai nodalīšanas veidā, veikt secinājumus un balstoties uz tiem izstrādāt priekšlikumus. Darba ietvaros veikta sabiedrības finansiālas darbības analīze atsevišķi parādot tirdzniecības virziena finanšu datus, aprakstīts reorganizācijas process un tā ieguvums, sastādīts jaunzveidota uzņēmuma tālākas darbība finanšu plāns.

The topic of the master's thesis is " The process of reorganization project of Institute of Innovative Biomedical Technology Ltd". Separation the direction of trade in to individual structural unit for the purpose of its development forms the relevance of the topic. The aim of this work is to develop a process project for the reorganization of the company in the form of separation, to draw conclusions and to develop proposals based on them, based on theoretical analysis, research of regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia, analysis of company activities and analysis of financial statements. Within the framework of the work, the analysis of the company's financial activity is performed separately showing the financial data of the trade direction, the reorganization process and its benefits are described, the financial plan of the newly established company is drawn up.
