Uzņēmējdarbības uzsākšanas iespējas tūrisma sektorā Rīgas pilsētas Berģu apkaimē

Abstract

Autores bakalaura darba tēma ir “Uzņēmējdarbības uzsākšanas iespējas tūrisma sektorā Rīgas pilsētas Berģu apkaimē”. Darba mērķis ir veikt tirgus analīzi izmitināšanas pakalpojumu nozarē Latvijā un noskaidrot jaunas tūrisma mītnes izveides iespējas Berģu apkaimē. Darba rezultāti apkopoti 3 daļās. Pirmajā daļā analizēti tūrisma biznesa teorētiskie aspekti. Otrā daļa veltīta situācijas analīzei izmitināšana nozarē Latvijā, tai skaitā - Berģos. Savukārt trešajā nodaļā veikta naktsmītņu tirgus analīze konkurentu un patērētāju kontekstā. Vadoties pēc darba izstrādes laikā gūtajiem rezultātiem, autore secinājusi, ka idejai par jaunas tūrisma mītnes izveidi Berģos ir labs potenciāls. Darbs sastāv no 79 lappusēm, tajā ietvertas 7 tabulas, 32 attēli, 50 literatūras avoti un 4 pielikumi.

The topic of the author's bachelor's thesis is "Entrepreneurship opportunities in the tourism sector in Riga vicinity – Berģi". The aim of the work is to perform a market analysis in the field of accommodation services in Latvia and to find out the possibilities of establishing a new tourist accommodation in the Berģi area. The results of the work are summarized in 3 parts. The first part analyzes the theoretical aspects of tourism business. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the situation in the accommodation industry in Latvia, including Berģi. In the third chapter, the analysis of the accommodation market in the context of competitors and consumers is performed. Based on the results obtained during the development of the work, the author has concluded that the idea of creating a new tourist accommodation in Berģi has a good potential. The work consists of 79 pages, it includes 7 tables, 32 figures, 50 references and 4 appendices.
