Jauna ēdināšanas uzņēmuma izveide un attīstības iespējas Covid-19 pandēmijas apstākļos

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt vai pastāv attīstības iespējas Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā uzņēmējdarbību sākušam uzņēmumam sabiedriskās ēdināšanas pakalpojuma nozarē un izstrādāt attīstības iespēju priekšlikumus. Bakalaura darba pirmā nodaļa veltīta jauna uzņēmuma darbības izveides un attīstības teorētiskajiem aspektiem. Otrā nodaļa veltīta sabiedriskās ēdināšanas nozares raksturojumam, lai novērtētu uzņēmējdarbības vidi tajā un tendences, pētāmā uzņēmuma iekšējās vides apzināšanai un izvērtēšanai, kā arī tiek veikta konkurentu piedāvājumu izpēte. Trešajā nodaļā tiek kopskatīta SVID analīze un sniegti priekšlikumi par pētāmā uzņēmuma attīstības iespējām. Veicot pētījumu autors nonāca pie secinājuma, ka krīzes laiks arī vissmagāk skartajā tautsaimniecības nozarē var nebūt kā šķērslis jauna uzņēmuma radīšanai un produkta ieviešanai tirgū, ja ir skaidri definēta ideja, pieejami resursi un uzņēmēja aizrautība. Savukārt spējot pielāgoties jauniem tirgus apstākļiem, operatīvi sakārtot iekšējo vidi un regulāri sekot līdzi uzņēmuma datiem, lai pieņemtu efektīvus lēmumus, tas rada iespējas attīstībai. Bakalaura darbs noformēts atbilstoši LU metodiskajiem norādījumiem. Bakalaura darbs satur 79 lappuses bez pielikumiem. Darbā izmantoti 26 attēli, 4 tabulas, 49 literatūras avoti un 9 pielikumi. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to study if there are development opportunities for a company that started a business in the catering sector during the Covid-19 pandemic and to develop proposals for development opportunities. The first chapter of the bachelor's thesis is devoted to the theoretical aspects of the creation and development of a new company. The second chapter is devoted to the description of the catering industry in order to assess the business environment and trends, to identify and evaluate the company's internal environment, as well as to study the offers of competitors. The third chapter reviews the SWOT analysis and provides proposals for the company's development opportunities. During the research, the author came to the conclusion that the crisis period may not be an obstacle to the creation of a new company and product launch in the market, even in the most affected economic sector, if the idea, available resources and entrepreneurial enthusiasm are clearly defined. The bachelor's thesis is designed in accordance with the methodological instructions of the University of Latvia. The bachelor's thesis contains 79 pages without appendices, 26 figures, 4 tables, 49 literature sources and 9 appendices.
