Projekts: Jauna viesu nama SIA "Bērzavoti" izveide

Abstract

Mūsdienās jauna viesu nama izveide Latvijas laukos ir aktuāla un nozīmīga valsts tēla spodrināšanā vietējiem un galvenokārt ārvalstu iedzīvotājiem. Projekta mērķis ir attīstīt Bauskas novada, Brunavas pagasta infrastuktūru, izveidojot estētiski skaistu, nedārgu, ilgtspējīgi eksistējošu viesu namu, kas veicinās vietējo tūristu un ārzemju tūristu palielināšanos Bauskas novadā, Brunavas pagastā. Tūristi, kuri apmeklēs un izmantos SIA „Bērzavoti” piedāvātos pakalpojumus, varēs klausīties „dzīvās mūzikas” koncertus, kā arī izbaudīt dabas skaistumu un apskatīt senlaicīgas un jaunlaicīgas materiālās vērtības – eksponātus. Projekta: jauna viesu nama SIA „Bērzavoti” izveide ir balstīta uz idejas par vietējā tūrisma nozares attīstību Bauskas novadā Brunavas pagastā. Uzņēmums tiks dibināts 2022.gada janvārī kā sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību. Viesu nama moduļi izvietoti pusotrstāvīgās ēkās, sadalīti pa 4 atsevišķiem apartamentu numuriem katra platība 25 m2 ar atsevišķām ieejām. Viesu nama moduļu ēkas un zeme ir Barkovsku ģimenes īpašums. Projekta atmaksāšanās laiks ir 2,9 gadi, ja diskontētā pieņemtā likme ir 10%. Analizējot rādītājus, projektā ir vērts ieguldīt. Projekta NPV ir vienāds ar uzkrāto naudas plūsmu pēdejā aprēķināmā perioda beigās. SIA „Bērzavoti” projekta NPV ir EUR 50440, tas nozīmē, ka projekts ir akceptējams, jo NPV ir lielāks par 0.

The modules of the guesthouse shall be located in semi-secondary buildings, divided by 4 separate houses, each area of 25 m2 with separate entrances. The guesthouse's modular buildings and land are the property of the Barkovsku family. The repayment time of the project shall be 2.9 years if the discounted accepted rate is 10%. By analyzing the indicators, it is worth investing in the project. The NPV of the project is equal to the accumulated cash flow at the end of the last calculated period. The NPV of the Berzavoti project is EUR 50 440, which means that the project is acceptable because the NPV is higher than 0.
