Baltijas valstu jaunuzņēmumu vide

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā “Baltijas valstu jaunuzņēmumu vide” tiek pētīta uzņēmējdarbības vide jaunuzņēmumu kontekstā Baltijas valstīs. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt un apkopot informāciju par jaunuzņēmumu vidi Baltijas valstīs un pieejamajām atbalsta programmām, kā arī piedāvātā atbalsta nozīmi jaunuzņēmumu izveidē. Lai izanalizēto šo jautājumu, bakalaura darbā tiek pētīta jaunuzņēmumu definīcija un teorija un to darbības veidi, Baltijas valstu jaunuzņēmumu atbalsta mehānismi un kopējā jaunuzņēmumu vide un ārējie jaunuzņēmumu ietekmējošie faktori. Veicot pētījumu, autore secināja, ka Baltijas valstīs ir jaunuzņēmumiem draudzīga vide ar plaši pieejamiem atbalsta mehānismiem kā nodokļu atlaides, inovāciju kuponi, jaunuzņēmumu vīzas, inkubatori, akseleratori. Darbā Igaunijas atbalsta programma tiek novērtēta visaugstāk. Katras valsts valdība un jaunuzņēmumu asociācijas rūpējas, lai jaunuzņēmumi spētu no idejas kļūt par atpazīstamu uzņēmumu.

In the bachelor’s thesis “Baltic start-up environment” studies the business environment in the context of start-ups in the Baltic States. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to study and compile information about the environment of start-ups in the Baltic States and the available support programs as well as the importance of support for the establishment of start-ups. In order to analyze this issue the bachelor's thesis studies the definition and theory of start-ups and types of activity, support mechanisms for start-up in the Baltic States and the environment of various start-ups and external factors influencing these companies. During the research, the author concluded that the Baltic States have a start-up-friendly environment with widely available support mechanisms such as tax rebates, innovation vouchers, start-up visas, incubators, accelerators. The Estonian support program is rated the highest in the work. Each country's government and start-up associations make sure that start-ups are able to turn an idea into a recognizable company.
