Jauniešu nodarbinātība Latvijā

Abstract

Jauniešu nodarbinātības problēmai ir svarīga loma valsts ekonomikas attīstībā. Šī problēma skar Latvijā dzīvojošus jauniešus, tāpēc darba autors bakalaura darbā izvēlējas tēmu “Jauniešu nodarbinātība Latvijā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis identificēt jauniešu nodarbinātības problēmas Latvijā. Bakalaura darbā autors analizēs situāciju jauniešu darba tirgū, identificēs faktorus, kas to ietekmē, kā arī izstrādās priekšlikumus jauniešu nodarbinātības problēmu risināšanai. Autore aplūko jauniešu atbalsta programmas, kuras tiek īstenotas Latvijā un veic analīzi jauniešu nodarbinātības rādītājiem un anketēšanas rezultātiem.

The problem of youth employment plays an important role in the development of the country's economy. This problem affects young people living in Latvia, therefore the author of the thesis chooses the topic “Youth employment in Latvia”. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to identify youth employment problems in Latvia. In the bachelor's thesis, the author will analyse the situation in the youth labour market, identify the factors that affect it, as well as develop proposals for solving youth employment problems. The author looks at youth support programs that are implemented in Latvia and performs an analysis of youth employment indicators and survey results.
