Bezdarba analīze Baltijas valstīs

Abstract

Viena no mūsdienu ekonomikas problēmām ir bezdarbs. Bezdarbs ir valstī notiekošo procesu sekas un tas negatīvi ietekmē ekonomiku. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt bezdarba līmeni Baltijas valstīs no 2008. līdz 2020. gadam, identificēt bezdarba līmeni ietekmējošos faktorus, izstrādāt priekšlikumus bezdarba līmeņa samazināšanai. Darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirma nodaļā tiks aprakstīti galvenie teorētiskie aspekti, bezdarba formas un tā sekas. Otrajā daļā analizēta Baltijas valstu bezdarba situācija dažādās kategorijās. Trešajā daļā, izmantojot paneļa datus, veikta Baltijas valstu bezdarba ekonometriskā analīze bezdarbu ietekmējošoo faktoru novērtēsanai. Pētījuma rezultāti apstiprina, ka reālais IKP būtiski ietekmē bezdarba līmeni.

One of the problems of today's economy is unemployment. Unemployment is a consequence of ongoing processes in the country and has a negative impact on the economy. The aim of the work is to study the unemployment rate in the Baltic countries from 2008 to 2020, identify factors influencing the unemployment rate, develop proposals to reduce the unemployment rate. The work consists of three chapters. The first chapter will describe the main theoretical aspects, forms of unemployment and its consequences. The second part analyzes the unemployment situation in the Baltic States in different categories. In the third part, using the panel data, an econometric analysis of unemployment in the Baltic States was performed to assess the factors influencing unemployment. The research results confirm that real GDP has a significant impact on the unemployment rate.
