Bezdarba cēloņi un sekas Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Bezdarba cēloņi un sekas Latvijā”. Mērķis – noteikt nozīmīgākos bezdarba cēloņus un sekas. Izstrādāt priekšlikumus bezdarba līmeņa samazināšanai. Mērķa sasniegšanai veicamie uzdevumi: iepazīties ar teorētiskajiem aspektiem zinātniskajā literatūrā, salīdzināt rādītājus par bezdarbu un tā līmeni, izveidot aptauju par bezdarba cēloņiem un sekām, veikt darba analīzi un izveidot priekšlikumus, kā samazināt bezdarba līmeni Latvijā. Darba kopsavilkumā tiek sniegti autores secinājumi par to, kāpēc ar katru gadu bezdarba līmenis paaugstinās. Kāds ir aptaujāto Latvijas iedzīvotāju viedoklis sakarā ar bezdarbu valstī, vai zina to patieso nozīmi. Pamatteksts ir izklāstīts uz 62 lapaspusēm, ilustrēts 9 attēlos, 4 tabulās un 2 pielikumos. The theme of the bachelor's thesis is "Causes and consequences of unemployment in Latvia". The aim is to identify the main causes and consequences of unemployment. Develop proposals to reduce unemployment. Tasks to achieve the goal: to get acquainted with the theoretical aspects in the scientific literature, to compare the indicators on unemployment and its level, to create a survey on the causes and consequences of unemployment, to analyze the work and make proposals on how to reduce the unemployment rate in Latvia. The summary of the work provides the author's conclusions on why the unemployment rate is increasing every year. What is the opinion of the surveyed Latvians due to unemployment in the country, or do they know their true meaning. The main text of the bachelor's thesis is presented on 62 pages and illustrated in 9 figures, 4 tables and 2 appendix.
