Latvijas akciju tirgus analīze

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir ‘’Latvijas akciju tirgus analīze’’. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir analizēt Latvijas akcijas tirgu un izstrādāt priekšlikumus Latvijas akciju tirgus tālākai attīstībai un darbības pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Darba pirmajā nodaļā tiek aplūkota informācija par finanšu tirgu un vērtspapīru tirgus būtību, veidiem, dalībniekiem. Otrajā nodaļā tiek raksturota informācija par akcijas būtību un akciju vērtību noteikšanas metodes. Darba trešajā nodaļā tiek analizēta informācija par Baltijas tirgu sastāvdaļām un analizēta informācija ne tikai par Rīgas fondu biržas, bet arī par citiem fondu biržām Baltijā. Pēc iegūtiem rezultātiem autors secina, kādas ir iespējas pilnveidot Latvijas akciju tirgu. Lai sasniegtu darbā izvirzītos mērķus, autors izmantoja sekojošas pētījuma metodes: analītiskā metode, grafiskā metode, salīdzināšanas metode. Darbs ietver 62 lapaspuses, 2 tabula un 22 attēlus.

The Bachelor's theme is ‘Analysis of the Latvian stock market’. The Bachelor's aim focuses on analysing Latvian share market and development of possible advancements for further improvement of the Latvian stock market. The Bachelor's thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter processes the information about the nature, types and participants of the financial and securities market. The second chapter describes the main principles of the share and methods for determining its value. The third chapter focuses on information regarding crucial components of the Baltic markets, as well as analyses the information not only about the Riga Stock Exchange, but also includes other stock exchanges in the Baltics. Having thoroughly scrutinized obtained results, author arrives at main improvements that could be done to the Latvian stock market. In order to achieve previously set goals, author used the following research methods: analytical method, graphic method, comparison method. The work consists of 62 pages, 2 table and 22 images.
