Projekts: Atjaunojamās enerģijas uzņēmuma "REsun" izveide

Abstract

Maģistra darbs “Projekts: Atjaunojamās enerģijas uzņēmuma “REsun” izveide” ir izstrādāts biznesa plāna veidā. Projekta ideja ir iesaistīties tādu Latvijas tautsaimniecībai svarīgu problēmu risināšanā, kā Latvijas enerģētiskā neatkarība, klimata neitralitāte, vides aizsardzība un siltumnīcefektu gāzu emisijas mazināšanā. Projekta mērķis ir izveidot uzņēmumu, kas nodarbojas ar saules paneļu tirdzniecību, uzstādīšanu un apkalpošanu. Projekts sekmēs patērētāju energoneatkarību un enerģētiskās nabadzības mazināšanos. Turklāt arvien pieaugošais pieprasījums pēc izkliedētās elektrības mikroģenerācijas iespējām, norāda uz objektīvu nepieciešamību pēc šāda uzņēmuma izveides. Projekts ir priekšdarbs tālāka mērķa sasniegšanai - lieljaudas saules parka izveidei. Projektā ir aprakstīta uzņēmuma izveide, juridiskās darbības formas izvēle, ir veikta nozares izpēte un prognozēšana, apskatīt mārketinga stratēģija, sastādīts finanšu plāns un risku vērtējums.

The master's thesis "Project: Establishment of the renewable energy company" REsun "" has been developed in the form of a business plan. The idea of the project is to get involved in solving such important problems for the Latvian economy as Latvia's energy independence, climate neutrality, environmental protection, and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. The primary aim of the Project is to create a company engaged in the sale, installation, and maintenance of solar panels. The Project will promote energy independence of consumers and reduction of energy poverty. In addition, the growing demand for microgeneration capabilities of distributed electricity points to the objective need to set up such a company. The project is a preparation for achieving a further goal - the creation of a high-capacity solar park. The project describes the establishment of the company, the choice of the form of legal activity, research and forecasting of the industry, describes the marketing strategy, financial plan and risk assessment.
