Kreditēšanas iespējas Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Kreditēšanas iespējas Latvijā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izanalizēt dažas kredīta saņemšanas iespējas Latvijā, izdarīt secinājumus un sniegt priekšlikumus kredīta tirgus attīstībai Latvijā. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, bakalaura darbā ir izvirzīti šādi uzdevumi: •Pamatojoties uz zinātnisko literatūru izpētīt kreditēšanas būtību un kredītu teorētisko aspektu; •Izpētīt kreditēšanas vēsturi Latvijā; •Izpētīt likumus, kas ir tiešā veidā saistīti ar kreditēšanu; •Analizēt komercbanku un citu kompāniju piedāvāto kreditēšanas iespējas klāstu; Kredītu saņemšana mūsdienās ir ikdienišķā lieta. Cilvēki aizņēmās, lai iegādātos dārgās lietas un nav iespējās veikt noguldījumus, piemērām, mājokļa vai mašīnas pirkšanai, dzīvokļa remonta darbu apmaksai. Tagad ir plašs kredītu piedāvājums un patērētajiem ir lieliskā iespēja izvēlēties sev piemērotāko kredīta veidu un banku vai kompāniju, kurā var aizņemties. Tomēr ir jāsaprot, ka šo kredītu vajadzēs atmaksāt kopā ar procentu maksājumiem, kurus noteica banka vai nebanku kompānija. Tāpēc svarīgi pirms kredīta saņemšanas izvērtēt savas iespējas atmaksāt aizdevumu. Bakalaura darba izstrādē tika izmantotās analītiskā, grafiskā un salīdzināšanas metodes. Bakalaura darbs sadalīts 4 nodaļas, darba apjoms ir 60 lapaspuses. Darbā ir 2 tabulas, 15 attēli un 3 formulas. Tika izmantoti 36 avoti.

The theme of the bachelor's thesis is "Lending opportunities in Latvia". The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze some possibilities of receiving a loan in Latvia, to draw conclusions and provide proposals for the development of the credit market in Latvia. In order to achieve the goal, the following tasks have been set in the bachelor's thesis: • Based on the scientific literature to study the essence of lending and the theoretical aspect of credit; • To study the history of lending in Latvia; • Investigate laws that are directly related to lending; • Analyze the range of lending opportunities offered by commercial banks and other companies. Getting credit is a commonplace these days. People borrowed to buy expensive things and did not have the opportunity to make deposits, for example, to buy a house or a car, to pay for apartment repairs. There is now a wide range of loans and consumers have a great opportunity to choose the most suitable type of credit and the bank or company where they can borrow. However, it should be understood that this loan will have to be repaid together with interest payments imposed by a bank or a non-banking company. Therefore, it is important to evaluate your ability to repay the loan before receiving a loan. Analytical, graphical and comparative methods were used in the development of the bachelor's thesis. The bachelor's thesis is divided into 4 chapters, the volume of the thesis is 60 pages. Thesis consists of 2 tables, 15 images and 3 formulas. 36 sources were used.
