Jaunuzņēmumu finansēšanas avotu novērtējums Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Jaunuzņēmumu finansēšanas avotu novērtējums Latvijā”, kurā ir aplūkotas uzņēmējdarbības attīstības tendences un jaunuzņēmumu finansējuma iespējas Latvijas teritorijā. Ir zināms, ka Latvijā vairāki jaunuzņēmumi pārtrauc savu darbību jau pirmo piecu gadu laikā, un viens no iemesliem ir ārējā finansējuma trūkums. Uzņēmējiem un rezidentiem netiek piedāvāta atjaunota un atbilstoša informācija par jaunuzņēmumu finansējuma iespējām vienotas datubāzes trūkuma dēļ, tāpēc vairāki uzņēmumi beidz savu darbību vai rezidenti nedibina savus uzņēmumus baiļu un nezināšanu dēļ. Darba autore izvēlējās šo tēmu, jo uzņēmējdarbība tiek uzskatīta par vienu no svarīgākajiem faktoriem ekonomiskajā izaugsmē valstī un tieši jaunuzņēmumi veicina inovatīvas un labvēlīgas pārmaiņas uzņēmējdarbības vidē. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz iegūto informāciju par pieejamajiem finansēšanas avotiem un to izvēles tendenci Latvijā, sagatavot ieteikumus veiksmīgai uzņēmējdarbības veicināšanai valstī. Bakalaura darba praktiskajā daļā darba autore izvērtē finansēšanas avotu izvēli un to novērtējumu tendenci respondentu un uzņēmēju vidū, veicot divu aptauju rezultātu kvantitatīvo analīzi programmā “SPSS Statistics”. Tas sastāv no 76 lappusēm (neieskaitot pielikumus), kurās ir iekļauti: ievads, divas nodaļas ar jaunuzņēmuma būtības un to finansējuma teorētiskajiem aspektiem, viena nodaļa ar uzņēmējdarbības attīstības un finansēšanas instrumentu analīzi Latvijā, divu aptauju rezultātu analīze, secinājumi un priekšlikumi, izmantotās literatūras un informācijas avotu saraksts. Pielikumi ietver sevī 11 lappuses. Tāpat darbs satur 7 tabulas, 22 attēlus, 4 pielikumus un 62 literatūras avotus. Bakalaura darba nobeigumā tiek apkopoti nepieciešamie secinājumi un izvirzīti priekšlikumi uzņēmējdarbības veicināšanai Latvijas teritorijā.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is “The assessment of financing sources for start-up ventures in Latvia” which is based on the research of Latvian entrepreneurial activity and its development as well as financing opportunities for start-up ventures. It is known that there are start-ups that end their operation during the first five years in Latvia, and one of the reasons is the lack of external financing. Entrepreneurs and residents are not provided with relevant and up-to-date information on start-up financing opportunities due to the lack of a single database, that is why many companies close down or residents do not start their businesses out of fear and ignorance. The author chose this topic because entrepreneurship is considered one of the most important factors in economic growth in the country and it is start-ups that promote innovative and favorable changes in the business environment. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to prepare recommendations for successful business promotion in the country, based on the information obtained about the available sources of financing and the tendency of their choice in Latvia. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis, the author evaluates the tendency of choice and assessment of financing sources for start-up ventures among Latvian residents and entrepreneurs by performing a quantitative analysis of two survey results in the software program “SPSS Statistics”. It consists of 76 pages (excluding appendices), which include: an introduction, two chapters with theoretical aspects of the nature of a start-up and its financing, one chapter with an analysis of business development and financing instruments in Latvia, an analysis of two surveys, conclusions and proposals, references and a list of information sources. The appendices contain 11 pages. In addition, it contains 7 tables, 22 figures, 4 appendices and 62 references. At the end of the bachelor thesis, the necessary conclusions are summarized, and further recommendations are provided for the successful development of entrepreneurship in the territory of Latvia.
