Uzturlīdzekļu pārrobežu piedziņas par labu nepilngadīgam bērnam problemātika

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs “Uzturlīdzekļu pārrobežas piedziņas par labu nepilngadīgam bērnam problemātika” ir vērsts uz aktuālo uzturlīdzekļu pārrobežu piedziņas jautājumu izpēti saistībā ar Uzturlīdzekļu Regulas piemērošanas aspektiem, identificējot problēmjautājumus un piedāvājot to risinājumu. Bakalaura darba saturs tiek balstīts uz juridiskās literatūras izpēti, Eiropas Savienības aktuālo tiesību instrumentu uzturlīdzekļu pārrobežu saistību jautājumu risināšanā izpēti un analīzi. Darba ietvaros tika identificēti dažādi ar uzturlīdzekļu pārrobežu piedziņu saistītie problēmjautājumi un sniegts to iespējamais risinājums. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no anotācijas latviešu un angļu valodā, trīs nodaļām, kopsavilkuma, izmantotās literatūras saraksta.

The bachelor's thesis “The problems of the cross-border recovery of maintenance obligations in favor of underage chil” focus is on the cross-border recovery of maintenance obligations in relation to the applicable Maintenance Regulation by identifying problems and proposing their solutions. The content of the bachelor's thesis is based on the analysis of legal literature, research and exmination of the current legal instruments in the European Union in resolving the issues of cross-border maintenance obligations. In the result of this work problematic situations were identified in relation to cross-border recovery of maintenance obligations and solutions to identified problems were provided. The composition of the bachelor's thesis consists of annotations in Latvian and English, three chapters, a summary, a list of used literature.
