Teledarbs un tā tiesiskie aspekti.

Abstract

Tikai nesen Latvijā ir ietverts regulējums par teledarbu, tāpēc darba devējiem un nodarbinātajiem ir daudz neskaidri jautājumi par tā regulējumu, līdz ar to pētāmais jautājums par teledarba regulējumu un tā tiesiskajiem aspektiem ir aktuāls. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt esošo teledarba regulējumu Latvijā, salīdzināt to ar citiem valstu regulējumiem, atrast problēmjautājumus un nepilnības esošajā regulējumā, tāpat arī noskaidrot vai teledarbs nodarbinātajiem un darba devējiem rada vairāk priekšrocības vai trūkumus. Darba rezultāti ļauj secināt, ka ir daudz nepilnības esošajā teledarba regulējumā, tāpat ir nepieciešams to papildināt ar jaunām normām un vadlīnijām. Teledarbam ir daudz priekšrocību un trūkumu, kas atbilstoši darba specifikai kādam var būt labvēlīgāka darba vide, tomēr kādam tā var radīt vairāk sarežģījumus, nekā ieguvumus.

Only recently the regulation of telework has come into force in Latvia, therefore employers and employees have many unclear questions about its regulation, thus the research question on the regulation of telework and its legal aspects is topical. The aim of the Bachelor’s paper is to study the existing telework regulation in Latvia, to compare it with other national regulations, to find problems and shortcomings in the existing regulation, as well as to find out whether telework creates more advantages or disadvantages for employees and employers. The results of the work lead to the conclusion that there are many shortcomings in the existing telework regulation, as well as it is necessary to supplement it with new norms and guidelines. Telework has many advantages and disadvantages, which, depending on the specifics of the work, may be more favorable for some, but for others it may cause more difficulties than benefits.
