Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Darba devēja uzteikums darbinieku skaita samazināšanas dēļ”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt darba devēja uzteikumu, kas saistīts ar darbinieku skaita samazināšanu, regulējumu normatīvajos aktos un kārtību, kādā tiek uzteikts darba līgums personām ar invaliditāti, arodbiedrību biedriem un pašvaldības iestādē strādājošiem. Kā arī tiek apskatīta un analizēta tiesu prakse Latvijā, lai izpētītu pašreizējo situāciju un problēmjautājums darba tiesiskajās attiecībās. Darba uzdevums ir izpētīt tiesisko regulējumu darba devēja uzteikuma gadījumā, ja tiek samazināts darbinieku skaits, analizēt jaunāko tiesu praksi un secināt tiesību normu piemērošanas problēmas. Darba struktūru veido anotācijas latviešu un angļu valodā, ievaddaļa, 3 nodaļas ar apakšnodaļām, kopsavilkums un izmantotās literatūras saraksts. Kopējais darba apjoms 41 lapa.

The title for following thesis is a follows – “Staff redundancy due to the excess number of employees at the company“. The purpose of the paper is to review the matter of employer giving notice to its employees due to the number of staff reductions at the company. It is being investigated what regulations, rules and processes are in place for dismissal of persons with disabilities, members of trade unions and civil servants. The paper also reviews and analyses common practices in Latvian law to investigate the disputes and current situation in legal affairs at workplace. The purpose of the thesis is to research legal regulations for staff redundancy due to the reduction of numbers of employees at the company, analyse latest legal practices and gather the issues that are being encountered in judicial development of the law. The content of the thesis consists of annotation in both languages - Latvian and English, introduction, 3 sections with subsections, conclusion, and list of used literature. The paper is 41 pages long.
