Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir “Covid-19 ietekme darba tiesībās”. Covid-19 vīruss ir izraisījis globālu pandēmiju visā pasaulē, līdz ar to ir aktuāls kļuvis jautājums par darbinieka un darba devēja savstarpēji tiesiskām attiecībām. Šis temats ir kļuvis svarīgs gan Latvijā, gan pasaulē, jo svarīgi ir izprast kā šīs tiesiskās attiecības tiek regulētas pandēmijas laikā. Autore savā darbā ir izpētījusi darba tiesisko attiecību vispārīgo regulējumu, kādi papildus pienākumi tiek uzlikti darba devējam pandēmijas laikā, lai pasargātu darbinieku veselību un drošību, iepazinusies ar attālinātā darba jēdzienu, un tā saglabāšanos praksē arī pēc pandēmijas. Kā arī autore izpētījusi dīkstāves pabalstu gan Latvijas regulējumu, gan Lietuvas, sniedzot savu secinājumu par regulējumu salīdzināšanu. Darbā izmantoti Latvijas tiesību akti, ārvalstu regulējums, juridiskā literatūra, kā arī tiesu prakse un avoti internetā. Darbā izmantota salīdzinošā metode, kura palīdzēja normu salīdzināšanā, un prakses atbilstības salīdzināšana izveidotajam regulējumam, kā arī tika izmantota deduktīvā metode, ar kuras palīdzību no apgalvojumiem izvirzīti autores secinājumi. Izmantots tika arī analītiskā un induktīvā metode. The title of the bachelor's thesis is "Impact of Covid-19 on labor law". The Covid-19 virus has caused a global pandemic around the world, so the issue of the legal relationship between the employee and the employer has become topical. This topic has become important both in Latvia and in the world because it is important to understand how these legal relations are regulated during a pandemic. In her work, the author has studied the general regulation of labor relations, what additional obligations are imposed on the employer during a pandemic to protect the health and safety of employees, got acquainted with the concept of telework and its persistence in practice after the pandemic. The author has also studied both Latvian and Lithuanian regulations on downtime benefits, giving his conclusion on the comparison of regulations. The work uses Latvian legislation, foreign regulation, legal literature, as well as court practice and Internet sources. The comparative method was used in the work, which helped to compare the norms and the comparison of the compliance of the practice with the established regulation, as well as the deductive method was used, with the help of which the author's conclusions were drawn from the statements. Analytical and inductive methods were also used.
