Profesionālās ētikas standarts un nodrošināšanas iespējas juridiskajos birojos

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tiek izpētīts jautājums par juridiskā biroja profesionālās ētikas regulējumu. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt un izanalizēt profesionālās ētikas standartu juridiskajā birojā un to nodrošināšanas iespējām. Bakalaura darbā galvenokārt tiek pētīti un salīdzināti dažādi juridiskās profesijas ētikas aspekti. Bakalaura darbā noslēgumā secināts, ka, neskatoties uz profesionālās ētikas regulējuma neesamību, jurista profesionālās ētikas principi lielākajā daļā gadījumu tiek ievēroti kā nerakstītas normas. Taču, lai pasargātu sabiedrību no jurista un juridiskā biroja nepienācīgas pienākumu izpildes, ir nepieciešams izveidot profesionālās ētikas regulējumu un paredzēt disciplināro atbildību par ētikas normu pārkāpumiem.

In the bachelor’s thesis is analyzed the topic of professional ethics in the offices of law. The subject of research of this bachelor’s thesis is the regulation of professional ethics in the offices of law. The aim of this study is to analyze the standards of professional ethics in the offices of law and the ability of the aforementioned offices to provide it.In the thesis the main research points are the comparison of various aspects of the legal professional’s ethical aspects. At the end of the thesis several conclusions are made. No matter if there is no professional ethics regulation, still in most cases ethical principles are abided to as unwritten law. But to protect the society from lackluster performance of a jurist and its office, it is imperative to create regulation of professional ethics and to provide disciplinary responsibility for not abiding to ethical standards.
