Tiesnešu komunikācija ar sabiedrību un institūta attīstība kopš neatkarības atjaunošanas

Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir “Tiesnešu komunikācija ar sabiedrību un institūta attīstība kopš neatkarības atjaunošanas”. Autoraprāt, izvēlētā tēma ir aktuāla, tāpēc ka Latvijas tiesu sistēmai ir zemākais sabiedrības uzticības līmenis Baltijas valstu starpā, kas norāda uz komunikācijas trūkumiem. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt tiesnešu komunikāciju un tās attīstību, ņemot vērā tiesneša komunikācijas ierobežojumus, un noskaidrot, kas ir mainījies pēdējo 30 gadu laikā. Uzdevumi mērķa sasniegšanai: izpētīt Latvijas tiesneša ētikas kodeksu un Bangaloras principus, apskatīt tiesu praksi, kurā ir komunikācijas problēmas, intervēt pieredzējušu un nopelniem bagātu tiesnesi, lai izprastu un spētu analizēt faktorus kas laika gaitā komunikāciju ir ietekmējuši. Darba autors sniedz savus secinājumus un priekšlikums veiksmīgākai komunikācijas īstenošanai.

The title of the bachelor’s paper is “Communication of judges with the public and development of the institute since the restoration of independence”. According to the author, the chosen topic is actual because the Latvian court system has the lowest level of public trust among the Baltic States, which indicates shortcomings in communication. The aim of the bachelor’s paper is to study the communication of judges and its development taking into account the limitations of judicial communication, and to find out what has changed in the last 30 years. Tasks to achieve the goal: to study the Latvian judge’s code of ethics and the Bangalore principles, to look at court practice with communication problems, to interview an experienced judge to understand and be able to analyse the factors that have influenced communication over time. The author presents his conclusions and proposal for more successful implementation of communication.
